Orange Puning Commodity City Hotel

The experience is really bad. I booked one night and my husband booked two nights, for a total of three nights. This is a newly renovated and newly opened hotel, and the front desk knows nothing about anything. The elevator broke down on the first night and was not repaired until noon the next day. The exhaust fan in the room is said to be silent, but to actually feel the wind force you need to move a stool and put your hands on the exhaust port to feel the moving wind. So when you casually go to the bathroom, it's like a poisonous gas leak, and the whole room is filled with the smell that lasts for a long time. When I went out to play at 12 o'clock in the day, I put up a sign saying that the room needed cleaning. When I came back at 10 o'clock in the evening, the room was still in the same condition as when I went out, not cleaned at all. I finally waited for the cleaning lady to come, and she simply changed the towels, toiletries, and garbage bags, and mixed the dirty bath towels and dirty floor towels very well. The aunt also said that it would be impossible to clean the place every day. This is a chain store, but the experience and service are really not up to their reputation. Oh, the soundproofing is also poor, I can hear the coughing from the next room clearly.
