Wonderful experience at every stage. Handled a corporate event, so booked rooms plus the banquet. Met with pleasant smiling faces of Reshma, Din Din, Esther while entering the hotel. They make you very welcome and instantly you feel you are at the right place. Dinesh with Pang at the concierge are very helpful, very happy to make you at ease while they sort out your bags, and anything else under the sun. Jayant and Kanish, ***** with Winoma ensured that all our delegates checked in smoothly, and did what ever they could to accommodate special requests. The entire restaurant staff, under the guidance of super chef ***oj were very efficient. Special mention to Ayan and Chanchal who served all our clients with a smile. I can still remember how we gorged on the sea food and the patisserie. We had already conducted a recce, but staying in the luxurious spacious (standard) rooms of The Ritz Carlton was a step-up from the various other hotels we use for our events. A few view options from the rooms, one is a huge concrete park between the hotel and the adjacent office buildings, and the other would overlook the golf course across the road. The events team cooperated well with our production team, so thank you!

My stay at the blue diamond was brilliant. While everyone stood up to the best of their hospitality skills, I would like to thank Prashant (the trainer) for his exceptional sightseeing recommendations, yoga activity knowledge & smart travel hacks. Thanks to his itinerary, my stop over in Mumbai before proceeding to Amsterdam was a fabulous experience. I left behind 2 of my favorite jackets in the hotel and recollected about them a few hours before the final flight departure. I was anxious to foresee a number of hassles just to get them back if I had to get them couriered. Luckily, I had taken Prashant’s contact number and ended up reaching him out. He gave me quick updates about the lost jackets and as usual, perfectly recommended to get the jackets using intercity cab service at minimal price. Thanks to the duty ***ager Chinmay who shared chauffeur’s driving license photos for added safety. Loved the honesty of both the gentlemen. The jackets reached me just in time. Thanks again & cheers to great work guys.

It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.
