Room was nice but the service isn't upto the mark. No proper room cleaning, very unprofessional staff. In 6 days, my room was cleaned just once. Apart from that, they tried charging me extra for water. Significant improvement in service and professionalism is required for the price they are charging.

The rooms are nice and spacious with an attached sit-out. The property looks new but already one can see signs of decay setting in. That's the problem with most budget hotels in the country - there's no attempt to maintain the property. Stains on the linen, dirt in the corners, clogged bathroom traps, these are all early signs of neglect and apathy. There is no restaurant and there are no good eating places nearby, that's another issue. Breakfast is available but that's only room service and personally I don't like that idea. Overall, its a missed opportunity. It could have been so much better but right now its just average.

This is a very good property just behind the main baner road yet in a quiet surrounding. The rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. The food is good and the buffet breakfast is a good service.

This hotel is tucked in one last corner of the road. Very peaceful and good location. A 3 minutes walk from the main road. The food which we ordered in the hotel was okay and the room service was fast. The breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement. There is only one person to manage the buffet. All dishes were cold and they did not even light up the flame which could keep the dishes hot. When i asked for tea, the person said that he will reheat the tea lying in the flask. On asking if the juice was fresh or canned, he said that it was fresh whereas it was canned. It was not cold at all. It was lying rather unattended. There is no security person at the gate of the hotel. There are 2 people at the reception and one of them went with me to show the room. After opening the room, he wanted to leave in a hurry. I told him that the ac is not on and he said that it will take some time. He did not switch on the tv. I had to call him again to tell him that neither the tv or the ac were working. T. The room was neat and clean. However, there is a shaft inside the bathroom which was left open thereby exposing the water pipes. Overall, the rooms at the hotel are clean but this has to be managed well. I would not recommend this to anyone till they improve upon their services.
