I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel, primarily due to the behavior of one staff member. The person stationed next to the computer was incredibly rude and unprofessional, despite us approaching them politely and patiently. Their attitude was uncalled for and completely ruined the experience for us. On a positive note, the other amenities at the hotel were good, and the rest of the staff was cooperative and helpful. However, because of the unpleasant interaction with this individual, i cannot recommend staying here. It overshadowed what could have otherwise been a pleasant experience.

The hotel is 10 minutes from the station. We went to the hotel by auto rickshaw. Hotel service was good. Cleanliness in the room was good. The water system was good. Stayed for one day but had a good experience.

It’s was good, it was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

There was a checking delay the receptionist and additionally bed and bathroom were not clean

The property is easily accessible and most important of all the toilets are clean. This is must need especially for women travellers. I will definitely visit again.
