It was a recent trip with my husband at hotel ambassador by Ajanta and Aurangabad. We had the finest experience and stay with best hospitality with very much attention to detail. Very clean rooms with prompt housekeeping service. Nice buffet breakfast with a widespread and a lot of choice. We were attended very well with the entire staff. Proper guidance and advice was given to us. Thankful to Mr Khaleed and Tasleem at reception desk for being very cooperative. Looking forward to return back to Hotel Ambassador. Very nice property with a very big swimming pool and a big garden. It has a children play area with rabbits & birds.

First i would like to thank all people who made my stay great. Actually each and every person with whom i interacted with, went above and beyond to make my stay great, so I thank everyone. But specifically, i would like to thank Mr Sanjay Singh sir, the general manager. He is gem of a person, and a true icon for all other staff. Other staff take inspiration from him. I would also like to thank Mr. Pramod. For me he is the highlight of the hotel. So soft spoken, so polite, so down to earth, and a true brand ambassador for the hotel. Lastly, i would like to thank mr. Ozha from the bell office. He always received me well when i arrived at the hotel, and always proactively helped me with my bags. I had an absolutely amazing stay at this hotel. The highlight of this hotel is the staff here and the service you get. Fast, efficient, proactive, prompt service, every time. That too with a smile. The rooms are great. They are well-maintained, big, comfortable and luxurious. The bathrooms are also awesome, with luxurious bath amenities. The facilities at the hotel are endless. From huge pool to squash court, from pool table to lounge to children play area. All facilities of club are available to customers staying here, which is great. You wouldn't have to worry about your fitness here, they have enough facilities. The housekeeping staff is great. They clean the room well, they try to accommodate all requests, they are fast. And they do their job with a smile. Overall, i had an absolutely amazing stay here. I would recommend anyone coming to pune to stay at this hotel.

Quite value for money and their breakfast is limited variety, but sumptuous and a good taste. Location is perfect in terms of all good restaurants nearby. Would stay again whenever i want be close to kp

Clean hygienic and well located Food is great especially kabab factory Gym is well equipped Trainer Naushad , the trainer is very helpful and has good knowledge. Pool is clean and well maintained . Will consider for future stays

At the time of check in there was no authorised person on desk. Made me wait for at-lest 20 min to check in. They showed the rooms all rooms are in dire condition. Somewhere ac is not running or either remote is not working. Foul smell. Urgent need of new paint. Visited almost 6 rooms finally settled for less bad room of all. If it wasn't for non refundable booking i would never have checked in into this hotel.

Hotel facilities in general, the environment is general, the hotel location is quite good, suitable for business travel, the room is fairly clean, the comprehensive experience is not bad, you can go out to find food.
