We got this proprty through the internet. Property located on the old highway and easy to locate. Resort is big but not well maintained. We stayed in their lagoon villas and found it to be average for stay at this price. They have provided only one brush for 3 people which is not acceptable after paying the premium rate. Food quality was average but price was very high plus extra 20% room service. Overall average property.

At the time of check in there was no authorised person on desk. Made me wait for at-lest 20 min to check in. They showed the rooms all rooms are in dire condition. Somewhere ac is not running or either remote is not working. Foul smell. Urgent need of new paint. Visited almost 6 rooms finally settled for less bad room of all. If it wasn't for non refundable booking i would never have checked in into this hotel.

Room was quiet good ,equipped with every useful amenity .
Staff is polite and professional.Housekeeping Team is just a call away .The Only Problem here was the Washroom, that used to accumulate water post a shower ,Housekeeping was always there to help but I believe it’s a design Flaw .Anyways overall ,it was really Good experience

TTravel Express FTMantra hotel is the Best Hotel.
The room is Near and Clean. The bathroom is clean. The shower is working with hot and cold water properly.
The towel is pretty new. The bedsheet and pillows are really comfortable. I slept happily.

Recommended for Good families. I would like to recommend it to all types of travellers. As shown in pics, same as it is. Reasonable price.
Would be appreciated, if they maintain in long rum with the same neatness and prices.

Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. YYANGAlthough this hotel is also called ibis. But sincerely it is far from the airport. If you take a taxi from the airport, it usually takes 40-50 minutes (this is still a good state of traffic at night). And the surrounding area is not very busy. It's rather biased. Of course, if you have a factory nearby, you can still live in

NNicoleI made my base here when travelling for a friends wedding. My first time in India! The hotel was gorgeous and especially the rooftop. The spa treatment was well priced and very relaxing. In general the staff were very helpful too. I went in November, hotel seemed pretty quiet. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness as I could see some marks on the window(which is full length from floor to ceiling) but in general was a lovely place to rest whilst not out exploring :)

GGuest UserThe hotel is good and as it is little inside from the main road so no traffic noise. The rooms are clean and staff are helpful. The breakfast quality is not that great. Better to book the hotel only for stay and have the breakfast in the restaurant which is just 5 min from the hotel. Stay wise the hotel is excellent.
