We have requested for early check in but they have refused after that they asked for half day price just for 4 hours early check in and they charged 2k rupees. Room was smelling and we asked to change they changed it, cleaning is not upto the mark in washroom. Food quality in breakfast can be improved.

Bad experience ! Lamp are not working, cleaning not happening, Soap and water bottle not given, Towel not provided. We are two person, they only give one room accessories remaining chargeable. Charges and billing are not up to standard, Randomly they prices. same water bottle charge three different prices, 20, 30 & 35 rs i charged extra 200 per day.

First room not clean and lot of insects
second room smelly. Though i have no option so stayed. No glass for drinking water and tea and that too after 4-5 reminders they sent but that too not clean
door key don't work so can't move outside as every-time need to go to reception and ask them to open the door. Terrible experience

It is old property. Lot of cockroaches are in room. I change the room due to cockroaches. But problem not solve. Noise of ac. Not recommended

One of the best experiences I have with Hotel Deccan Pavilion, very profficional staff, on time servises, accurate management, make my Pune corporate tour very comfortable. I recommend Hotel Deccan Pavilion to all.

Seepage in the room. Room service is very very poor. Minimum you have call 3 to 4 times for service.
