Best place to visit with your family specially if you are going to relax and stay in. Indian cuisine was better when come to food international cuisine like Chinese, pizzas french fries need to work on. Service, staff, cleanliness 5 on 5. Overall beautiful experience and yes if get a chance will definitely re visit!

My stay at Cloud 9 Hills Resort, Lonavala, was an absolute dream! Nestled amidst lush greenery and offering breathtaking views of the Sahyadri mountain range, this resort truly lives up to its name. A special mention to Mr. Sahil Thakur, the Front Office Manager, who was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The resort’s dining options are pure vegetarian, and while that’s a great choice for many, I personally wanted to try some non-vegetarian cuisine. Mr. Sahil , ever so helpful, recommended a few excellent non-veg restaurants nearby. His local knowledge and thoughtful suggestions made my culinary adventure outside the resort just as delightful as my time within. I also had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at the resort’s restaurant. The spread was absolutely delicious, and I must commend the restaurant team, especially Shubham and Rajkumar, for their outstanding service. They were attentive, courteous, and truly made the dining experience top-notch. Though the TV signal was down due to bad weather (totally understandable), it didn’t dampen my experience at all. The resort’s peaceful atmosphere and natural beauty made for a truly relaxing retreat. I can’t recommend Cloud 9 enough — from its hospitality to the breathtaking views, it’s a must-visit spot in Lonavala. Can't wait to return!

The resort has a good access from the Amby valley road is 16km from Lonavala city. We visited the resort on a week day, so less crowded and bfast was as per order and not buffet. Restaurant ambience very good Mr.Rajkumar did an excellent job in service. Food was tasty and veg. Pool was clean but the water was quite cold. Rooms were neat and tidy, room service was prompt. Extra Mobile charging points were not available and the bathroom lacked some cloth hanging. Hot water was available 24x7 through gas geysers. Rooms had sufficient space for the four of us. House keeping was excellent. Car parking space not an issue. Game zone well maintained TT, air hockey. Mr. Narasingh Sahoo at the reception guided us nicely for the sight seeings. Overall a good misty holiday experience.

My stay at Cloud9 was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful, setting a welcoming tone for our entire trip. Our room was well-equipped, comfortable, and offered a stunning fog view complete with a refreshing breeze. The location was a major highlight, surrounder by natur. The scenery was breathtaking, and we found the quiet environment a perfect relief from our daily routine. The food at the resort's restaurant was delicious, and the service was attentive and efficient. We also appreciated the available activities, especially those for kids, which made the trip even more enjoyable for our family. Overall, the combination of great staff, would like to Thank Mr Manager Mohammed, who went out of the way nad showed us every bit of the property, and helped us with whatever queries/ needs, also Mr Sahil and Nrusing , who were there all around making our stay comfortable .. An excellent location, beautiful surroundings, and wonderful amenities made our stay at cloud 9 unforgettable. We are already looking forward to returning for a longer visit".

Our stay at Cloud 9 Resort was amazing and truly memorable. The room was very cozy & clean , the view from room was superb. Food was delicious and healthy as well. The people in the reception were very helpful & hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful that impressed me the most.I would recommend to stay at Cloud 9 and will definitely stay again if I will be back at Lonavala.
