Hampton Inn Pullman

The hotel offers everything your family needs for comfort while staying. Had a good time n enjoyed the facility.

A stellar example of a well-equipped, well-maintained and well-staffed hotel! Spacious room with a thoughtful layout, very welcoming and helpful staff, good breakfast options (though a non-dairy milk option would have been nice), and it's nice to stay on a hotel with a working bathroom fan! Really enjoyed our brief stay; this Hampton Inn puts several Hilton Garden Inns to shame. Highly recommended.

Nice property, however we were given a handicapped accessible room which was not requested and the window blinds did not work and were stuck in a closed position. Staff were notified however problem not fixed.

Lower expectations if staying at Hampton Inn The room was $500 a night- I’m sure this was because it was graduation weekend at WSU. No one minds being price gouged to see their loved one graduate but at the very least the hotel could have put some extra effort for the extra money into having the bar/ restaurant and room service open later than 9pm and a better breakfast than potatos eggs and Polish sausage pieces. I realize this is a small college town but these things were very surprising considering the rate. The rooms are nice.

My feelings but won't make any difference Gave up on trying to use hotel WIFI. frustrated that they wanted me to fill out a form istead of just click and go. Used my hot spot during stay. Toilet paper was John Wayne paper. Very rough single ply that would take hemroids off but not SH-T! Frustrated with the several steps required to get to the general TV channels. Why can't things be simple and not take several steps to get what you want.

We loved staying here. The staff is super friendly, everything is clean and very well maintained. Definitely, we are coming back. Sonia did an excellent job as housekeeper.
