This is a spa hotel, with prices to match. Staff were friendly and accommodating, room of a good standard. We stayed over a weekend (Saturday, Sunday nights, so the spa was busy- They have memberships for people that are not staying in the hotel, however, this cleared later on the Saturday afternoon. Good sized pool. The main restaurant was closed on our second night, so ate in their bistro- Surprised to find it was exactly the same menu at a considerably lower price. Whilst I accept the atmosphere and service reflected the difference between the two rooms, I did feel short changed by the experience. The staff in the restaurant were somewhat inexperienced, but no real complaint- I accept that it is difficult to get staff anywhere at the moment. There are Electric Vehicle charging points (I saw 2), and welcomed that they were free. I estimated the charging at 3.5 KW/h. As I have a plug-in Hybrid, this was fine, but if you had a full EV, I think it would be a struggle to get a full charge. I noted there was always cars using the chargers while we were there.

The location is a little far away, but Carrefour is close, the price is good, clean, air-conditioned, but unfortunately there is no elevator, the luggage is not suitable! Self-service check in, everything depends on the password, this is still convenient, there are vending machines downstairs, buy coffee and some snacks!

Great hotel, nice atmosphere, really liked the breakfast! Fast chargers for electric cars available! Easy to go to city centre by car.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located with free private parking. Reception were welcoming and friendly. Room was very comfortable with a pool view. Hotel bar and snack bar were both good with a friendly manager. The hotel isn’t cheap but, remember, nothing is in Beaune! This is the best Accor property we have stayed at in France in the last few years. Recommended.

I stayed here for two nights in November. The hotel is near the train station and the city of Beaune. I had room 5, which has a brand new bathroom that was very nice. The room was nicely designed and everything worked well. I had the optional breakfast both morning. They had freshly squeezed orange juice and nice basket of bread and sweets. I also had ham and cheese that was excellent. The man who we interacted with spoke good English and was helpful. I would certainly go back the next time I am in Beaune.
