Saat check in malam, petugas hanya memberi kunci, tanpa memberitahu letak kamar kepada tamu yang belum pernah datang ke hotel ini, seharusnya petugas menanyakan apakah sudah pernah datang atau tidaknya dan jika tamu tersebut lansia wajib mengarahkan letak kamar

The location near the market but the hotel will need some renovation as there are holes and cracked on the walls and there were spiders in the rooms too. The service nevertheless is good as they patiently let us choose the room that we want and attend to us immediately to our needs

The facilities and services provided are excellent. In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Pangkalpinang. There is a 24-hour restaurant and massage and spa services available until 11 PM.
