For those who do have their own boat, there is a public boat launch located just 0.5 miles away on Beach Drive at Harry Dehaven Park. This makes it easy for you to bring your own boat and launch it nearby. If you prefer to rent boats, kayaks, or paddleboards, there are rental places on the lake that offer delivery services. They will bring the equipment directly to the property, allowing you to enjoy the convenience of exploring the lake at your leisure. Please note the following important information: - Please note that while our home offers Starlink Wi-Fi Internet access the Living Room TV is a Roku Smart TV but the other two are not but do have Roku sticks so you can use your apps. -The property features a private bar and lower storage area exclusively for the owners' use. While guests will not have access to the bar they still will have access to the outside of the granite bar top and bar chairs along with the large grill and granite countertops located at the grilling station. - Guests are strictly prohibited from using or boarding any boats or Jet Skis on the property, except those provided by the owners specifically for guest use. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Violation of this policy, including attempting to use unauthorized boats or Jet Skis, may result in immediate eviction without refund.
