We spent 3 nights at Hotel Amfiteatar and we really enjoyed our stay. We booked the hotel directly through the hotels website as we found we had a better price. A lovely family run hotel that is close to everything you need, you could see the Pula Amphitheater from the hotel entrance. When checking in we were told we were upgraded to a premium room what was amazing and we appreciated a lot. The room was very spacious and had everything we need (except tea/coffee facilities) as part of the premium room there was a massage chair what was different. The room was nice and clean, cleaned daily. Nice sized shower and also fitted with a smart TV that come in handy before bed. Included in our stay was breakfast what was excellent. There was a good selection of hot and cold food to choose from. I want to give a big mention to the staff at Hotel Amfiteatar, every member of staff who we met and dealt with were amazing. Very nice people who go above and beyond to help you, for example giving us a free upgrade and also allowing us to stay in the room an extra hour after check out at no cost. Thank you for all your help, it was very appreciated. Only downside is the fact there is no tea/coffee facility in the room but it’s hardly a problem.

It was absolutely an amazing experience staying at this place. Location : Perfect location. Lush green. Amazing beaches nearby. Good connectivity via Taxis as well as public transport. Beautiful aquarium nearby. Also, do not miss the beautiful Ambrela beach nearby. Rooms : Clean. With a kitchenette. All required utensils present. Microwave and fridge available. Service : 24 hour reception with super friendly staff. The cleaning staff is very responsive and no complaints against them. Food: The resort has it's own shopping complex with so many restaurants. You get everything! They even have a supermarket. A bit expensive, but the extra money is for the convenience. Pool : Three sea water swimming pools with a pool bar. The only drawback is that the pool closes at 19:00. It should be extended till 21:00 at least during summers. Perfect for families. Just book! Do not think twice. This place will be remembered by us as the place where our 1-year old learnt to swim. Thank you Park Plaza for the experience.

From the moment we walked through the doors, we were impressed by the exceptional hospitality of the staff, always friendly, attentive, and ready to fulfill all our wishes. The hotel's atmosphere is calm and elegant, with a sea view that adds a touch of magic to every moment. The food is top-notch, with exquisite local and international dishes that consistently delight us. The beds are incredibly comfortable, with perfect pillows that guarantee a peaceful and relaxing sleep. The wellness center is a truly relaxing experience, where you can fully unwind and enjoy the intimate and calming environment. After our second visit, we are sure we will always return to this wonderful hotel.

The accommodation was so far in order, it was all there what you need. We had 2 apartments in the house. Want that would be a microwave and a washing machine in the new apartment, however we could help us there in the smaller one

Clean and central. Reception staff very friendly. No issues with the place but the cleaning staff start cleaning at 7am and made a lot of noise, laughing and shouting outside the rooms as they mopped the corridor. They were bankgina about and made no attempt at all to keep the noise low and were shouting at each other. I'm not a light sleeper but it work me all 3 morning I was there. Two other guests commented about it too while we were there. Shame, as all they needed to do was keep the noise down a bit at 7am and the place would be pretty much perfect.
