Brand new and clean hotel, very close to the center (10 minutes from the center) friendly staff, varied breakfast. The triple is very spacious and the whole structure is very new so I imagine just renovated, highly recommended!

A modern hotel but not well run. Asked for a quiet room . Placed just at the lifts and on the main road side. The bed has springs poking out. Dirty glasses, one with toothpaste still in the bottom, despite the glasses being in plastic ! The host for the shower head is broken so you must try and wash yourself one handed whilst holding the shower head with the other. No cleaning though stayed 2 nights. Parking, though with a boom gate, can easily be accessed by anybody and is not co-located by the hotel so not particularly secure . Not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination.

• Friendly and helpful staff. • Mini Fridge in room was appreciated. • Wardrobe would benefit from more hangers. • Breakfast was decent. • Be advised that most rooms don’t have a balcony. • Building is part of a furniture shop complex. • Free parking is available. • Just 5 mins walk to Pula Old Town. • Reception open 10:00-22:00 daily. • Rooms very quiet and peaceful. • Bed was comfortable. • Rooms given a quick clean daily. • Out of hours Honesty Bar is a nice touch. • Lifts are available. • Nice seating area outside. • Only 17 rooms so small & friendly style. • Tea & Coffee in rooms would be a plus. • City Mall about 25 mins walk away. • Area around hotel quite quiet. There are better places to stay - I had asked on my booking form for a quiet room (allocated room next to the lift) , asked for a bigger bed ((ignored). If I was informed that the room was very small with what I would term a child’s bed, then I would have booked a larger room. All rooms do not have a room safe or bottled water. This place is run to make money - quite simply. For example, breakfast is basic with filtered coffee stewing for hours. When my colleague asked for a cappuccino from the machine, he was told it would cost some euro. Finally I have never stated in a hotel where check out was 10.00 and strictly enforced even though the receptionist said we could stay until 12.00.

Excellent location!
This is a splendid place to stay. Easy walking distance to all the things in Pula.
They have their own app to put on your phone to guide you around the attractions!
Staff are superb and very helpful. It feeks safe and sound!
Motorcycle parking at reception under cameras.
Breakfast is excellent too!

No frills hotel, clean but noisy and uncomfortable
Bed was uncomfortable as the mattress springs stick up. One lumpy, thin & unsupportive pillow each, when we asked for more were told there are only enough for one per person! Female receptionist was very dismissive.
Walls are lacking soundproofing so you can hear a lot of noises and conversation from adjacent rooms.
Breakfast is okay-ish but some elements were dry and hard (cucumber, bread and especially the eggs). We ate early on our last day, but that didn't help.

This B&B is located just minutes away from the old city. Walking distance to the market/attractions. The building is modern. The staff are friendly. The room is clean. One issue we had was with the bathroom setup: there are no shelves for lavatory bags,nor hooks for towels/changing clothes. It's not convenient to take a shower. The hotel has a nice App to guide you to all the main attractions.
