Hotel itself, location and facility are good. But the service is really bad. Hotel was leaking on stairs and bathroom when raining. The main entrance was flooded when raining. All lights along the main entrance were not working, walking was dangerous at night. We need to tell the staff more than twice just to get the wet towel replaced due to rain, and to have our room cleaned. The staff did not know our entitlements by saying our rooms did not include breakfast, and we had to argue and showed proof of purchase. The entrance door to the villa was difficult to open.

The room is the same as the photo, the swimming pool is very small and you can only take a dip in the water.
The hotel provides paid airport transfers, and can also pick up guests to nearby attractions (Tanjung Aan Beach and Bukit Merese are highly recommended for watching the sunset). The staff speaks very good English and have no problem communicating. They can also use WhatsApp to communicate conveniently. You can take away breakfast in a lunch box, but it only contains a few pieces of cake and bread and a small banana. Some design issues: The door of the room is a bit heavy, and the air conditioning in the room escapes easily.

The location is good, very close to the main street. You can walk a few hundred meters to the main street where there are food and convenience stores everywhere. The hotel breakfast doesn't have many choices. The sanitation is also good.

Super cool place to be. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. You can rent a moped through them but also around the corner and further in all of Kuta very easily. Kuta itself is touristy and a mini version of Kuta, Bali is becoming. Villa is great. Small splash pool, outdoor shower and nice open space to sit/cook/eat/drink. All in all had a great time. Shower only has a rain shower, no separate shower head.

Perfect location, wonderful staff, amazing architecture, lovely details, great breakfast, everything you could wish for a truly memorable stay in Lombok. The team is extremely helpful and nice, great communication on site and online.

Our stay at Konkret Hotel in Kuta Lombok was excellent! The villas are beautiful—very clean, stylish, and everything feels high quality. We got to explore both the single and double room villas, and both were fantastic. Breakfast was delicious with a sweet buffet, and the specialty coffee was top-notch. Highly recommended!

Best villas in Lombok, amazing place, perfect location and perfect service! Is an experience to stay here, best way to enjoy the peace of Lombok. They also have good transfers and scoter rental. You can go walking to the main street where are the restaurants. And free entrance to the best gym of the island
