Hotel itself, location and facility are good. But the service is really bad. Hotel was leaking on stairs and bathroom when raining. The main entrance was flooded when raining. All lights along the main entrance were not working, walking was dangerous at night. We need to tell the staff more than twice just to get the wet towel replaced due to rain, and to have our room cleaned. The staff did not know our entitlements by saying our rooms did not include breakfast, and we had to argue and showed proof of purchase. The entrance door to the villa was difficult to open.

The location is good, very close to the main street. You can walk a few hundred meters to the main street where there are food and convenience stores everywhere. The hotel breakfast doesn't have many choices. The sanitation is also good.

Super cool place to be. Everyone is very friendly and accommodating. You can rent a moped through them but also around the corner and further in all of Kuta very easily. Kuta itself is touristy and a mini version of Kuta, Bali is becoming. Villa is great. Small splash pool, outdoor shower and nice open space to sit/cook/eat/drink. All in all had a great time. Shower only has a rain shower, no separate shower head.

Started with empty water bottle. Then asked for some ice, 6 messages and 2 conversations still no ice. Villas in.good location but are all concrete. Pool is very, very small but outdoor area is spacious. Concrete staircase has no handrails and very dangerous especially when wet. Not suitable for families. No TV or kettle. Never struck that before. All cupboards stick and doors scrape. Bedrooms are small as is bathroom. No balcony. Space is taken up by ridiculous vases, pots and jugs which should be for storage. No restaurant and breakfast is poor.

I stayed at Konkret with friends for the weekend, and it was a wonderful experience. The villa is simply amazing, with a minimalist and modern design, full of beautiful details that make the place unique. The atmosphere between the concrete walls and the delicately chosen fabrics, furniture, and amenities creates a spectacular environment. The bed was very comfortable, with air conditioning and a ceiling fan, ensuring a cool and pleasant stay. We also enjoyed the pool and a fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. The location is fantastic: for those who prefer not to ride a motorbike, the villas are just 200 meters from the center. **Additionally, they offer motorbike rentals (new, from Konkret) in excellent condition, something that doesn’t usually happen when renting elsewhere.** Definitely the perfect place to relax and enjoy.

The villas were very big and beautiful and we had an amazing stay! The breackfasts wery very good, they included a lot of food, the Coffee was very nice, the fruits also, and the croissants where delicious. The People who worked there helped us a lot with everything we needed and the rooms were clean.

The living room is awesome big. And the price is affordable. The location on the central of Kuta Mandalika, so it's easy to go anywhere and there's a lot of restaurant and convenient store nearby. You can cook in the kitchen, they have almost everything No complain at all
