Very friendly service and beautiful tree view from balcony

I had a very pleasant experience in the hotel. The rooms are fine. And the food was good! The location of the hotel is good and, the area is very nice and clean. The employees were friendly and helpful. They work very hard, and really deserve a bonus!

The hotel is modern and clean, staff are friendly and helpful. however they offer little vegetarian choice. I did complain & they asked me to speak to the chef which I did. He was helpful & made me something to eat. But as the days go on the only vegetarian option is pasta. The snack bar extremely poor & only offered cheese rolls which quickly ran out, considering the size and capacity of this hotel, one tray of rolls does not suffice . For meat eaters this hotel is good but be prepared to wait in a long queue to get your hamburger. The drinks package for all-inclusive is very good the wine, cava & beer are all excellent, however at main bar the only offer table waiter service and again for a hotel of this size it did not work as only 1 or 2 staff were waiting on tables which meant you had to wait a long time to get served, place order then get drinks. My advice order double. Unfortunately even though the kids pool was great for them, we will not be returning

Went with family and yes, the splash park was fab for the kids.... however, food was luke warm/cold. Same repetitive food every night. Nothing is prepped so long queues waiting on food being made. Snack bar appauling. Cheese or ham rolls was all that was on offer laid out and never enough for the amount of guests in Hotel. They also take the rolls away during the times the restaurant is open at lunch, which is ludicrous when you have kids playing in the pool and done want to go to restaurant. The restaurant is chaotic and didn't flow and tables very close to each other ... not relaxing at all. Food wasn't replenished quickly enough so empty dishes and bowls around, generally not enough staff and not enough chefs on the hot food section so waiting long times to be served. Its got to be thee worse Snack bar I've ever experienced. I wouldn't class this as 4 star... far from it. Staff were very friendly and helpful and rooms are OK , need to be updated as in better showers. Entertainment was average. Alot of French, who were very loud and rude at times.Sadly would never return and would not recommend!

The hotel itself was lovely. Every single staff member was so helpful, polite, friendly and professional. Especially Mustafa the night time receptionist, he was lovely. The rooms were clean and quiet spacious, and very comfortable. However, I wouldn't say the star rating was accurate due to the appalling meals. My husband and I paid for half-board, but the breakfast were awful. Then when we went down for our evening meal, it was the same boring, bland, stale, disgusting food. Plus on the last 2 occasions, we went down for breakfast. There was no clean tables, even though there was plenty of space nobody was cleaning up. For the last 5 days, we actually went out to eat because the food had made us both quite ill. You advertise for English guests but seem to cater more for the German market. The meal time experience ruined our stay at your hotel. We would come back but would not pay for any meals

Arrived late at night for a one night stay whilst visiting friends. Quite a quick check in by nice staff. Given a room (464) which overlooked the pool. However, when I got in the room there were no towel nor was there any coffee/Tea making facilities which the website had said there would be! There was a phone but no where could I find a number to ring reception to tell them about the towels. I was tired and it was late so off to bed I went. Breakfast the next day was OK. Served 7:30 - 10:30am (Nice long time) - Cava available but long waits for hot drinks from the 2 machines they had. Food was ok, hot food was Luke warm only. Toaster worked well. I couldn't find a clean table to sit at so sat at a dirty one with someone else's dirty plates left on it! Quiet area which was fine for me.

Lovely,clean hotel with all facilities You need, great pool, car park 2 min away, 24 reception, lovely breakfast with great selection of food. Rooms were proper with big comfortable beds, there is supermarket near by, plenty restaurants outside hotel and lovely private location

My friend and I stayed here with Jet2 for 7 nights in September. Overall we enjoyed our stay and were pleased with the hotel. By far our highlight was visiting the small rocky cove that we had seen recommended in another review. It was a bit of a treck down quite a steep hill ( the way back up was a killer!) but the aquatic fauna and views were stunning. The lack of beach near by wasn’t a major issue for us. The pool did its job, we always managed to get a sunbed but it was a bit shallow and basic. The slides were pretty fun. The food was decent, one of us is pescetarian and the other a fairly picky eater and we could always find something we liked. Not the most amazing food ever but for the price we can’t complain. We were half board which was not the most common option but it worked well for us. There was a nice supermarket near by where we could buy snacks to keep us going. Most other guests were French but we didn’t have many issues being understood by staff and the evening entertainment was done in French, Spanish and English. We went Palma using the hotel’s free shuttle bus, would not recommend this as it was overcrowded, felt unsafe and had to wait longer than would’ve liked to be picked up by the shuttle as there was only one per day. The location of the hotel, however, was good for us as we prefer a quiet environment and the neighbourhood felt safe and was clean. Receptionists were helpful and assisted with several enquires. Most rooms did face the evening entertianment area which lasted until about 11pm and was quite noisy, this wasn’t an issue for us but may be if you have young children. Room quite basic but clean with nice balcony and AC. We had twin beds which worked well for us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Best Delta and would reccommend to anyone wanting a cheap holiday abroad. Probably wouldn’t go back as we feel we have explored this area now but still wouldn’t hesitate to reccommend to anyone on a budget.
