HOTEL NADA RECOMENDABLE, son unos ESTAFADORES. estuve en el hotel el 17 de mayo junto con unos amigos. Cuando reviso mi cuenta unos días después observo que me han cobrado 3 veces por las habitaciones. Después de ponerme en contacto con ellos telefónicamente (una odisea porque nunca cogen el teléfono) me confirman el error y me dicen que mande un mail con los recibos y un número de cuenta para ingresarme lo que me han cobrado mal. Ese correo no me lo contestaron, he llamado otras dos veces y hablado con ellos, y todo buenas palabras, pero siguen sin devolverme el dinero. Ahora directamente es imposible hablar con ellos, da igual a la hora que llame, no cogen nunca el teléfono y no contestan a los mails. Me he visto obligado a denunciarlos por ESTAFA. A día 20 de Junio siguen sin devolverme el dinero y sin contestar. Sin duda unos ESTAFADORES.

We were there two weeks ago. For one night We could park in the side street with no problem The hotel has a reception communicated by the bar behind (street entrance) The receptionist was friendly and efficient Rooms spaced enough and quite at least the one we got was The cheapest on booking pleaseDo not go to the bar !! Next morning we tried to go there for breakfast paying and this young guy so rude !! He was busy making juices and serving 1table only ( ml other clients at that moment) We came in and not even a Good morning !!!" No greeting nada We sat and also stood there for 10 minutes close to the bar waiting making defaced ( trying to get his attention). He did not even say anything like " will be with you as soon as I'm done. ..." NADA!!! I just ordered loud to the waiter him "please When you can 2croissants and a café con leche " Because I only saw 2 left on in the fridge His answer was ; one is For that table !! So I replied we are waiting. Here for 10 minutes and he rudely replied (they were first ) So we packed And left He saw that and angry replied hard; " Se marchan ,encima !" Perdona ????? Primer Aprèn a donar Non dia o saludar a nous clients i educadament dir que estaves acabant amb una taula i que així q dos possible ens serviries. !!!iniciativa cero i educació Cero !!No tornarem mai mes !! Gent així de maleducada amb els clients no deuria treballar a l ' hostelería t' enfonsa el negoci !!! this happens because We wanted to. Avoid To have to take 2 street lifts to get to the village uphill (hotel down hill) but in the end. We had To do that first as we ended with a super friendly breakfast at CAFE DE LA PLACA

La chambre était très propre et confortable. Le personnel a été très accueillant. Il y a la possibilité de prendre des boissons chaudes au bar le matin. L'hôtel est facile d'accès par la route, avec des places de parking disponibles à proximité. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

Un hotel sencillo pero muy acogedor, esta justo al lado de la estacion de Puigerdà, considero que esta muy bien unicado y ideal para aquellas personas que vienen en transporte público, las habitaciones se mantienen muy limpias y muy modernas, los precios estan super bien, un lugar muy comodo y cerca de la vila.

Personal muy amable y buena atención. La habitación muy limpia, camas cómodas. Buena ubicación, volvería sin duda!! A pesar del frió que ha hecho este fin de semana, no lo pasamos en ningún momento en la habitación ya que la calefacción desde el primer momento de abrirla, funcionó a la perfección!!

Tuve que reservar a última hora porque el hotel que había previamente reservado en Bourg Madame no admitían check in posterior a las 22:30. Así que reservé en el Terminus. LLegué de madrugada, y aunque no tienen check in las 24 horas, me direon una clave por teléfono para abrir la puerta con el teclado del telefonillo y una vez dentro la llave me esperaba con mi nombre en el mostrador de recepción. Es un hotel modesto, pero la habitación resultó limpia, cómoda, con wifi y con luz. Mi desayuno no estaba incluido en la oferta, pero por 5€ desayunas en la cafetería del hotel que está bien. Hay un funicular gratuito y luego un ascensor que te llevan hasta el mismo centro del pueblo, y aparcar cerca del hotel es muy fácil.

El hotel me comunicó por correo que no disponía para nuestra estancia habitación de dos camas , pero al llegar al hotel la chica de recepción se apresuró a arreglarlo enseguida cambiándonos de habitación, agradecemos el gesto , estuvimos cómodos, la habitación amplia , parece recientemente reformado .
