We stayed in one of the rooms in the old building. Great view over lake and the room was exceptionally comfortable. The bedding was cool and crisp. The bathroom had a lovely roll top bath and a high tech shower. The room is an unusual shape, reflecting the design of the building, so we had lots of windows. Unfortunately it was a Sunday so the restaurant was closed but the breakfast was excellent, with a very good range of produce. It is just a short walk across a very nice garden. The staff were very welcoming. There is a large secure underground car park (€20 per night).

We enjoyed our brief stay at the hotel and took advantage of the outdoor grounds and the comfortable lobby to read newspapers provided by the hotel. The breakfast was top notch as was the roomy bathroom and strong shower. Only drawback we’re the pillows. They were filled with a hard material nothing like feathers.

Positive: Charming hotel located next to the lake which gives it a plus. Room a little small in the hotel annex, but sufficient and clean. Varied and very good breakfast, quality products. Small but cozy spa. The negative: Normally the 4S or 5 stars include parking, paying the extra €20 doesn't seem fair to me. Plus €35 per pet, above normal, too expensive. The steam sauna at the Spa did not work nor was there an information sign, the water jet had no pressure and there was overbooking since no one controls the people who have gone over the 1 hour time they have available. A superior 4-star that needs to be pampered a little more. In short, advisable and good.

Second time we stayed at this hotel. Beautiful construction and location with exceptional views. The first time we were in the main building and the room was much nicer than in the annex. The breakfast was very complete, although since there was only one person, the juices, the milk, the bread were running out... and they were not replenished, we had to get up twice to ask for something. To be a hotel of this category, they could improve the Wi-Fi connection, put a coffee maker in the room, more light in the bathroom and of course change the toilet paper...please. Everything else is correct for me.

It is a 4 star that it is not! The breakfast is very normal, it lacks a lot. The girl who attended was in a very bad mood. As for the room, it was small, from photos it looked bigger. Parking very good. The views of the lake are very beautiful but not much else.

Let's see, we are talking about a 4 star hotel for which we paid €180, breakfast included in low season per night, obviously in the annex not in the main building which I suppose is more expensive, everything is fine, the breakfast is good but it does not stand out above others many 4 stars that we go to, the location is privileged with magnificent views over the lake but everything and having liked it we were clear that we will not repeat, the price of other 4 stars in the area is almost half at this time so for a romantic weekend I suppose so but everything and being regulars of Cerdanya we will not repeat

Hotel in a beautiful setting, right on the lake and in the middle of Puigcerdà. Very romantic. Correct rooms, those on the ground floor with a small garden. Perhaps there is a need for a little more training, empathy and service from the staff.
