1.房間在河道這邊很吵。換房間就要升級加30元。空了許多房間都不給升級，服務人員態度冷淡，説話死板。
2.早餐天天都是一碗麪。解釋説是住客太少，沒辦法開早餐。這麼貴的房價，肯定住的人少！反正我不會推薦朋友入住的！
3.每天衹給提供兩瓶水，多一瓶都沒有！
4.別的酒店都可以延遲到兩點退房，這個酒店最多12：30必須退房！
5.空調不製冷，熱的和蒸籠一樣，被子又那麼厚，真是受罪！
6.衞生間總有一股臭味，無法消散，整晚開着換氣扇，嗡嗡聲影響睡眠。
7.房子空間很小，目測就20平米。
從半山上看，整棟酒店都是空的，就這房價硬的很，攜程訂房270元，酒店前台訂房268元。

酒店離九十九里温泉很近，房間比較乾淨。升級房間才有窗户。這邊旅遊是壟斷經營，所以山上沒有吃的，酒店餐廳可以吃點菜，要吃特色菜才會比較快，一般的菜會等半小時以上。總體來講賓館一般。

算是温泉瀑布附近比較好的一家酒店了，兩星很符合它定位😽距離螺髻九十九温泉走路1～2分鐘。房間比較整潔，環境也還可以，夏天可以在樓下玩小溪。樓下的餐廳一般，太貴了。

我們是元旦假期頭一天住進去的入住率並不高，熱水不熱放很久都不熱而且中途停電兩次！房間床品還有污漬印，讓前台換了一個還是有，而且被套還是破的

飯店住宿環境好，離景區近，走路即可到售票處，很方便，早餐內容不優，只有一碗米線+蛋，沒有其他熱飲,連續預定住2晚，早知道就不訂早餐,第二天因要提前離開，沒有用餐，還好櫃檯人員服務好，幫我們提早叫車可以讓我們順利下一個行程

酒店位置很好，步行到九十九里温泉瀑布僅100多米，首選泡温泉的最好酒店了。房間乾淨，免費停車也方便。不過房間衞生間建議改進一下，蹲廁改為坐便，現在蹲廁實在力不從心。

住酒店不含温泉門票，酒店的早餐十分簡單，正餐付費點餐比附近的農家菜做得好。

房間不隔音，樓上或者隔壁的客人晚歸，洗漱聲音，沖廁所的聲音幹擾睡眠，而且大堂接待很疏離

就在景區門口，進去温泉景區很方便。就是後面噪音有點大。早餐太少。雞蛋基本就是拿出來一搶就沒了。整體還是很不錯。
