Te venden que la habitación tiene bañera con hidromasaje. La bañera estaba pero solo bañera .hidromasaje ni rasto. Y mucha falta de iluminación. Y una nevera. Para una suite le faltaba nevera. Porque es zona de comprar alimentos y no puedes guardarlos

Una experiencia maravillosa. El hotel precioso y las habitaciones grandes y perfectamente cuidadas. El desayuno buenísimo. Para ir en familia es 100% recomendable. Además, me dejé olvidado un Airpod y me ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron para enviármelo a casa. Sin duda, ¡repetiremos!

Después de 48 horas llamando a los teléfonos que tiene el hotel y contactando por Facebook por mensaje privado sin obtener respuesta, nos atiende Alba de muy malas maneras. Nos dice que la oferta por la que se anuncian no está disponible, no nos da alternativas similares y su actitud demuestra que le molesta el dar información o recibir clientes. PÉSIMA ATENCIÓN Y SERVICIO! POR LO QUE CUESTA YA PODRÍAN SER MÁS EDUCADOS Y EFICIENTES!!

He de decir que mi opinión, es de ámbito gastronómico;desconozco el alojamiento. Estuvimos mi mujer y yo un día tomando una cerveza en el bar-terraza (Muy buenas vistas.. Tranquilidad absoluta...)y pensamos en volver en un futuro a comer con la familia.... ERROR!! Calidad-Precio=＞ CARO! Soy de los que no me importa pagar de más, si he comido bien, he estado bien atendido y salgo satisfecho. (Creo que como mucha gente). El servicio es escaso,.. Platos tardíos...Plato principal(paletilla) recalentado(fuimos a comer en domingo; no es de extrañar que estuviesen hechas el sabado)... Resumiendo...125€/4personas..o sea, NO lo recomiendo para ir a comer en familia.

Hotel Boutique perfecto para ir en pareja, hemos estado alojados 3 noches y nos ha encantado todo, desde el personal a las habitaciones y el desayuno. Por la noche puedes relajarte y ver las estrellas, está en una ubicación inigualable. Sin duda volveremos!
