Information given About place totally incorrect. Dirty. No internet intro I’m only at reception desk pool unsanitary And completely unusable. Rooms dirty. Bathroom completely unacceptable condition!!!! Coach roach , cobwebs, dirty floors, beautiful plants around building but felt unsafe

La peor experiencia que hemos tenido. Lugar sucio, con cucarachas, y extremadamente deteriorado. La piscina con agua turbia y solo hay wi fi en la recepción. Las fotos que publican parecen ser de hace muchos años. Era tan terrible que a pesar de tener 4 noches pagas rentamos un Airbnb para irnos de ahí.

Abbiamo soggiornato qua 2 notti. Inizio con elogiare la gentilezza dei proprietari molto disponibili a venirci incontro oer anticipare la colazione di una mezz'ora visto che avevamo un tour di mattina presto. La posizione dell'albergo è particolarissima : lontana dalla cittadina di Puerto Viejo circa 1km, serve qualche mezzo tipo taxi per rientrare la sera.Però sei in mezzo alla foresta, la mattina presto senti il richiamo delle scimmie e puoi vedere aguti e rane tropicali a pochi cm da te. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina, ma come tutte la struttura era in completa decadenza. Anche il nostro "cottage" era assolutamente abbandonato a se stesso: pulizia molto sommaria, doccia con acqua calda poco funzionante, wc che si è intasato al primo utilizzo, wifi inesistente nei cottage e presente solo alla reception.Sarebbe un posto meraviglioso, purtroppo è lasciato mezzo abbandonato e in condizioni assolutamente da rivedere.

es la peor experiencia que hemos pasado con solo decir que no nos quedamos, nos fuimos para otro hotel mejor y eso que ya estaba pago y era por solo una noche, las sabanas sucias olor a humedad camas viejas pisos sucios, jardines que parecian una selva de tan alto el zacate, daba miedo
