This small hotel was a wonderful find, beautifully styled and decorated. The friendliness of the staff more than compensated for the relatively gloomy weather (rain and drizzle for 4 out of 5 days) in the austral summer of the Lake District in Chile. We also recommend to non-overnight the kitchen for fine dining, not so easy to find in this part of the country. And a very special shoutout to Geraldine and Marcus, who went above and beyond the line of duty to make sure we were picked up at the airport around 2 AM (after flight cancellations) and safely chauffeured to the hotel.

We stayed here three nights for our honeymoon. We loved our stay. Insanely beautiful views and gardens. We often relied on help or recommendations from the staff, and they were very patient with us. Geraldine was especially kind to us, and we eagerly await our next visit!

This is a beautiful hotel - very cozy inside with roaring fires and beautiful decor, and of course a beautiful location on the lake with lots of outdoor lounge areas. They recently added hot tubs which we enjoyed one afternoon. Breakfast good with made to order eggs. You absolutely need a car if you are staying here. Other reviews made a big issue of the gravel road to arrive, however it really wasn’t a big deal. Literally a very short gravel section, which you will encounter on other roads in the area as well if you are doing hikes or other activities.

Woefully understaffed. Clean, beautiful but impersonal. Asking for anything was a task as staff too busy. Had a 8:15 dinner reservation got a table outside and no human contact until we go up and left at 9:00. Server singlehanded and no help. Asked them to call us when they were less busy which they were happy to do. No call. Maybe we caught this place on a bad night but we got more personal attention at cheap hostels in the mountains. I usually don’t write these but wow.

Lovely hotel with stunning views of the volcanoes set in a large garden with lapping trotting around. The food was great and the staff team were a delight. The room we stayed in was lovely with a very comfortable bed and great views, definitely recommend as a great place to stay if you are in the area.

The road to get to the hotel is a pot-holed gravel one, but once you arrive, you're surrounded in luxury. The sense of comfort and space throughout the building is like a big hug. Our room looked out over the lake, and had windows that opened to let in the cooling breezes. There were a number of common areas to sit and read, play games, or just admire the surroundings. WiFi was fast on the main floor. Breakfast was fantastic, with fresh squeezed orange juice (!), fresh fruit, toast, eggs to order, delicious coffee and sweets. All staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay! You definitely need a car to stay here, as you are several km outside of town.

Beautiful views of volcano across the lake. The staff were very accommodating, attentive, and knowledgeable. The room was very comfortable. The location was quiet and relaxing with pleasant grounds. There is easy access to the lake beach.

Lo recomiendo 100%, excelente hotel , acogedor, linda vista y su playa es bastante buena para los niños dana de gente ideal para estos tiempos, la atención muy buena y el restaurante muy bueno. Fuimos en familia para conocerlo y sin duda volveremos.
