Park Inn by Radisson, Puerto Varas

Our experience was horrible. Our first room hasn't hot water, they said that was because had a lot of people taking a bath at the same time. We had one cold bath with 8°C, and, 2 hours after, still not heating, so they changed the room. The next day we realize that my girlfriend pants stayed in the previous room, and asked in the front desk to search. First, they said that doesn't found, after said that the person responsible wasn't there, and until the check out (3 days after) they didn't have an answer. Finally, the day that we went to Santiago, they said that found the pants, but we had to come back to get. It's absurd, they don't want to send the pants by mail, after we tried 3 days to recover it. It was a horrible experience of treatment, only the cleaning ladies and the breakfast people was nice to us.

Located a 3 minute walk to the centre of Puerto Varas makes The Park Inn by Radisson a great choice for a short stay.

Nice experience for the price but one night the room was too cold for me I think the heating was off.

Unpardonable, the worst experience I've had Worst experience in staying in a hotel, I cant believe how poor the condition is. The noise levels wear unbearable, thin floorboards and walls. I could hear the other guests alarms go off 3 days in a row. When they walked above, it was as if an elephant was walking above. The room which i was given was a floor above the restaurant, however I could hear the shouting and clapping of guests for an event they were hosting which lasted to 10pm. Reception advised that dinner was being seved to 10pm, but when i went to the dining room I was refused to be served because of the event. Reception failed to communicate this and didnt know the event was going on, which meant I had to leave in the heavy rain to search for a restaurant that wasn't busy. The alternative as I was advised was to wait 2.5hrs to after 10pm to see if it was possible to be served post event. On top of this, they dont practice sustainability. I used a soap once to wash my hands, when i entered the room after housekeeping attended, it was thrown away and replaced with a new packet to open. The toilet roll which was also full had been replaced with a new one. The position if the window meant that guests in other rooms had full visibility into the room. Additionally, I had to carry my own 23kg suitcase up a small flight of stairs as they faul to mention that after you go in the lift, the rooms have a small set of stairs. No offer to help provided. Guests next door, shouted early with no regard for others. Appaling.
