Please read for North American travelers - this IS NOT a luxury hotel as the ad states. We felt deceived. The room picture shown on our reservation was not at all what we had. It is a very small 2 star hotel. We experienced old frayed towels, intermittent hot water, stained bed sheets, no English spoken at front desk or on tv. No working mini bar, no microwave, no beach access, and please beware that there are *stairs everywhere you may go*, which was not emphasized in the description. If you have any mobility issues at all or just don't want to be climbing stairs every day, this hotel is not for you. *Three flights* of stairs to go anywhere, our room, the small restaurant, the single bar (not 2 as the ad says), or to the small pool. Btw the spa is closed. Very disappointed in whole setup. Great if you are in top shape though. NO ELEVATOR. For the rest of the place, it was clean and friendly. This is a cute place in the hills above PV with a great view (no access) but about a 15 minute Uber into town, and if you are ok with something run down and basic you'll be fine. We tried unsuccessfully to change hotels right away to no avail. They will not refund. This could be a really nice place but it needs alot of work with basic items.

Beautiful room and the view was stunning. The walk from the beach to the hotel is steep so you definitely get your leg workout in! Loved how quiet it was. Access to PV was easy by bus or walking along the beach trail.

It was up a hill so it wasnt the most easy place to come/go, but we would just taxi up and down. Location is beautiful though and the staff were great!

Overall it was a decent place to stay.
Locationwise it was inconvinient. It's significantly far from Zona Romantica and Downtown, so you can't take walk and have to rely on Uber. No place to eat or any stores near by.
As per hotel, views are great and drinks were good.
Although facilities felt neglected, pool temperature was cold and there were issues with noise through walls and fire detector batteries. It felt like 4 star hotel, maintained and run like 3 star.
So marking it decent stay.

Property were clean, quiet, calming, and beautiful ＜3 The food is reasonable with the price. The view was amazing. It had pool, cold and hot jacuzzi. The only problem is that it is hard to bus to get to the area, prolly need to taxi/uber most time to get to downtown, etc.

A hidden gem! Incredible views and sophisticated design elements- love this place. Downside is no elevator and no bellman to help us up and down a long staircase to our room. WiFi was inconsistent also. Still a great value.

Not worth the price tag. When we checked in, they tried to make us pay again. Hd to show whole transaction record to prove we had already paid. Staff barely acknowledged us the entire week. Jacuzzi was a tepid pool with jets. Room was clean- kind of. Residual toothpaste on the bathroom wall, etc.
Be aware that this hotel is quite a hike up a windy narrow road with no sidewalk!! Looks close to amenities on the map, but reality is that it is a $100 MXN every time you want to grab a coffee or go shopping. They got 2/3 stars from me as it was not terrible, but definitely not great.
