I chose this hotel for a wedding, and it felt really good. It's a bit more expensive than the all-inclusive package in Cancun, but the service is pretty good. The only downside is that this hotel is not big, but you can make reservations for high-end dinners. Overall, it's still good. If you are young, recommend the luxury one-bedroom, very quiet, and the facilities are very new.

Everybody there was friendly communication was pretty good sometimes a little hard at times. The property was clean. The pool was great- seeing the family of iguanas every day was pretty cool. Activities at the pool were fun. Only thing I didn’t like was only getting three tickets to use for all the restaurants otherwise you had to go to the Buffet, which was still ok. Overall, it was a nice place -slightly outdated, but we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room. We were at the pool every day or walking on the beach.

Service is average , had a problem with the beach , beach can’t be used , very high tide and rocks on the beach , property is old didn’t have hot water for two days until they fixed it , didn’t upgrade my room as I am VIP ******* member , no fridge even I asked for it several times

Stayed in a Deluxe 2 bedroom suite which was huge. Big balcony too! We had VIP access which was really nice, we could book the specialty restaurants every night if we wanted. We found the Mexican and Italian the best, Japanese was ok and unfortunately the Surf & Turf was not very good and our potatoes & vegetables were cold.The buffet was quite good and hot. The omelet station was the best! Our waitress at the buffet Esther (Pekecita) was the best, she remembered what we liked to drink everyday and looked forward to her smiling face! She always smiled and we all looked forward to seeing her! She remembered what we liked everyday.
We always felt safe, security was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Our third time at this resort and have enjoyed it every time. I'm sure we back again.

Good budget all inclusive. Rooms and property dated and in need of repair. Entertainment is fun. Food and drinks are adequate. (Ceviche and Mexican restaurant are the best). Beach in front and to the north are good. Restaurants within 15 minutes walk are great. Spas within 5 minute walk are great (400-450 pesos for an hour). 100 pesos gets you downtown.

The staff at this resort were excellent starting with the manager Sergio Joya who works around the clock. He was always around where help was needed and very well organized. The waiter were excellent especially Miquel who did his best to look after us. Patricia & Carlos were excellent help at the information desk and Alexander was the best when it came to getting your drinks. We don't know the names of other staff but everyone was super helpful. The cleaning staff should be recognized as they were always very pleasant and did an excellent job. The food in all the restaurants was amazing. We will definitely return to this property if we visit PV again.

Property was clean, staff were friendly until the last day. The room did not have a balcony which was very disappointing!
