The unit and location are excellent, offering a clean, spacious, and well-appointed space that is very comfortable. It’s a great place to stay if you value convenience and comfort. However, the front desk service leaves room for improvement. The staff is polite and apologetic, but their overly rehearsed responses feel robotic and unhelpful when issues arise. Policies are followed to the letter, but without flexibility or genuine effort to resolve concerns, it detracts from the overall experience. A more customer-focused approach would greatly enhance the stay.

We had no idea whatbto expect because we planned this trip on our own without a travel agent. The resort is definitely first class. Very clean, located in a perfect area for foodies and fitness enthusiasts. Pinnacle is a condo more than a hotel so much roomier with a kitchen. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Highly recommended to anyone interested

This was our tenth time staying in Pinnacle 180 since 2013. They usually put us in the same room each visit. This was the second time going in September and second time going twice in the same year. The city had lost power for 20 minutes one night, and it rained for about 6 hours Friday afternoon. Overall, the large, covered balconies are great on sunny and raining days. We had an AC issue, and they were on it in a matter of minutes. We will be back next year since we go annually.

There was some kind of chicken farm or coup directly outside my room. So every day I was awakened at 5am by chickens which didn’t make for a very restful stay. The housekeeping was quite good but no room service which I believe they mention on their site. Also if venicular isn’t running walk back from town can be rough.

Pinnacle 180 Stayed here for first trip to PV & really enjoyed it. Front desk staff & guests friendly & welcoming. Great bar happy hour. Small pool area that gets sun about 1:00. Housekeeper Blanca was exceptional. Daniel at the pool also exceptional. We were in Penthouse 5, which faces the ocean ~ lovely. 2 BR 2 bath. Beds comfy with lots of pillows. Our unit showed a bit of wear but we’d stay here again for sure. Some traffic & rooster noise but not terrible. Great location in ZR - we walked to breakfast, dinners, malecón, beach club, Farmer’s market, ATM’s, massages etc. Sometimes utilizing their funicular. Very hilly with cobblestones so heels & flip flops don’t work well.

Clean property with a nice view of surrounding area! Located in the romantic zone away from noise yet close enough to walk to the pier/beach/many eateries. It is on a hill but there is a staircase that leads down to main road and a cable car that brings you back up. Room had a fridge, fully equipped kitchen, bbq grill, washer, and dryer. Our dryer didn’t work but I’m sure this is fixable. Overall we had a lovely 3 night stay and would come back.

Great place to stay, rest and enjoy Zona Romántica of Puerto Vallarta. Excellent service and many delicious options to have a really nice dinner, specially The Dorado and La Palapa. Stunning views from our bedroom. The room is very comfortable, clean and peaceful.

Celina and Marcy are the most kindest two housekeepers I’ve experienced anywhere in my travels. And Ariana at the front desk was very helpful for anything we needed. We made reservations for 8 years in a row. Daniel was super attentive to all our needs at the pool
