Honeymoon suite was small but nice and VERY clean. We loved the hotel location. Easy walk to Malecon and romantic zone (we took a $7 cab ride back to the hotel). Pepe’s tacos 🌮 and Win ****** a few blocks away. We ate tacos daily and won at the ****** !! The hotel beach was VERY rocky we spent a lot of time in the pool . Food was just OK and specialty dining was a joke .. it’s non existent! Getting a reservation was DIFFICULT we were able to access one restaurant. 💯 disappointed food was mediocre at best and it was a 2 hour dinner !! No bueno !! Sky lounge was nice to watch sunset’s and have a cocktail . Staff was nice and friendly. We would stay again due to location and cleanliness of this hotel.

Nice hotel. The food was generally good quality with various choices. The rooms were small and had to pay high premium for a more quiet part or you got the noisy ones by the lift or street view.
Reception stuff are really unwelcoming, unhelpful except David. Generally rate the service low all around except the restaurant staff.
Would not go back, much nicer choices in Nurvo Vallarta.

The hotel has a beautiful environment and considerate service, which is suitable for family vacation.
We chose the all-inclusive service. The breakfast was good, and the lunch and dinner were very average. Maybe I have high requirements for food. The beef was made of wood, and there was basically no decent food to choose from for seafood. The blended wine was a barrel of concentrated juice with wine, which was very difficult to drink. If you want to taste delicious food or have high expectations for delicious food, it is recommended to choose a package with breakfast, not all.
The beach sand is not fine sand, which is the case in this area, and there is nothing wrong with it.

The environment is very good. The hotel is next to the beach and close to the old town, which is very convenient for shopping. The food in the hotel is also very good, with different food every day and performances. The only regret is that I was not able to book a restaurant that requires reservation.

Excellent option to rest since the hotel is small and has very good food and service, perhaps the only thing to rescue would be that there was a little more variety in the buffet but other than that we were very happy, thank you very much.
