Smelly Rooms such smoky smell and humid smell. All inclusive but food is not that good at all. Very Disappointed regarding the food.

As for the location, you have to take Uber from Daun.
The facilities are old and not that good.
It also has a bit of a musty smell.
It's all exclusive, but it tastes better when you buy it outside, so keep that in mind.
I recommend it to any resort that wants to feel the Mexican atmosphere. It was pretty.

A wonderful place to stay! First time to Puerto Vallarta and we loved it. Easy transportation to the Malecón and old town. Highly recommend, staff are courteous and accommodating. Rooms and grounds are very well kept and clean

The property is as advertised: "Mexican Charm". This an older hotel but the staff take great pride in making your stay pleasant. The food was really good, and the pool area was very nice. The service around the pool is always good as was the service in the restaurant. The beach is a block away with a service bar out on the sand to keep you in drinks. Not fancy but well suited for sitting in the sun. The rooms are older, but clean and this was an affordable choice for our group to go off on an excursion to the rodeo in El Colorado. It worked perfectly.

Staff was friendly. Unpacked in room only to discover zero electrical outlets by the beds so no place to plug in CPAP machine. Laura at front desk went with me to check the 5 unoccupied rooms and 2 of the 5 had an outlet by the bed. Thus, we were able to move to new room w outlet although that required packing & unpacking again on an already long travel day. Cutbacks in food quality and entertainment were noticeable but understandable given the high inflation in food costs.

Montezuma's Revenge rampant throughout the resort, customer service investigated but provided no indication as to any action taken or to be taken. Food generally one temperature (luke warm), unappealing. We purchased food primarily off site as appetites returned. Between our family members becoming ill, being ill and recovering, the week was a waste of time, money and airfare.
