Family friendly resort, recently stayed with a 5 year old. Safe, clean, staff was very friendly. Would recommend to others. Music was loud in the evening, would request a room away from the sports bar if this is an issue for you.

Hotel was always clean. Staff was helpful and did that little extra. Courteous, always smiling. Rooms are large. Views from our balcony were amazing of the ocean, and we even had some whale sightings. Had many choices of food, and was fantastic!

Daytime servers Luis, Andre, Yonni,Carlos and Pedro took great care of us on the beach with drinks, waters and food when we ordered. Ivan and David at the swim up bar took extra care in making special drinks. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Seafood restaurant 5⭐️ and The Snack Shack 4.5⭐️ kept us full for lunch, and the Italian 5⭐️ or Mexican 5⭐️ restaurants were our favs for dinner. Shout out to Oscar from the Mexican restaurant!! He took really good care of us...Fiesta party night especially. Our rooms were made up each day, clean and fridge restocked. I loved the smaller size of this resort for our purpose as it was quieter and right on the beach for easy oceanview access. I will be back!!

Staff was very friendly and happy to help. Check-in was quick. Food was good, especially at La Cevicheria! The Sonne club was very nice, but at times was too crowded as as chairs are limited. Grounds and building were kept clean. My one complaint is communication regarding what events are going on. For example, we did not know, in advance, which night the Mexican Fiesta was being held, or which nights certain restaurants were closed. Also, we had no idea the 8th floor had a special happy hour for those staying on the club floors.
