We chose the resort because they had pickleball courts. Met lots of friendly players. Meals were good. Seemed expensive but we went all inclusive. Great beach location with nice sand. People get up at 5 to reserve chairs at the pools. Crazy! People say resort is going to be torn down next year to build a new one. So no major repairs will be done. 1 elevator was not working while we were there.

The service was great and everyone was very attentive and kind. However, our room was a little beat down. The mattress and pillows were not the most comfortable and there were definitely not enough outlets for devices or hair styling tools in the bathroom. The food was just OK but I understand they cater to a certain demographic who don't necesarity care for real Mexican food.

Our group was treated very well whether on the beach, at the restaurants, or at the sports bar! The servers Vicente, Eriberto and Rodrigo went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs! Nice and friendly!!

I loved the beach area!!! Yes, the building and rooms need to be updated. But it's a shame that you are going to tear it down to rebuild a 32-story unit!!! You're going to lose the charm of the resort. I feel lose the amazing customer service you now offer just to increase to room number. SHAME!!! You should listen to the shareholders you currently have invested in your resort. No one is happy with the new building:-( I will not be bringing my boys back to such a large resort. Who knows how long it will take to complete. We loved Puerto Vallarta, but will be staying a different resort(smaller).

Loved most everything about the facility. The only downside we saw was the Sports bar, they Closed earlier than we were told and than their door says, staff was unfriendly at the sports bar. Everything and everyone else was amazing, especially given the affordable price and the credits/discounts given. Never had a bad meal. The breakfast is amazing. The spa staff was great.

Trip was amazing stay was great only issue was the description when we purchased the rooms said we get free massage and $175 resort credit and u fortunately the hotel said they were unaware of them offers so didn’t get them but other then that great stay

The food was actually above average for an all inclusive. We loved using all three pools, using all the amenities, and accessed all the restaurants as well as attend the shows. The tours from the hotel were incredible ( veranos zip lining and ATV in Cuales) eso for my 5 and 8 year old.
