Maxwell Collection Romantic Zone

We had a fantastic stay at Residence at SOHO condo. We stayed in #401. The unit was spacious, stylish and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to prepare meals. We slept on the Murphy bed which was comfortable. The view from the balcony of the city and ocean is amazing and wonderful to wake up to We can’t say enough about the panoramic view from the infinity pool-spectacular!! The condos are close to downtown, beach areas. We mostly walked but Uber was quick to respond when needed. The concierge was very helpful with suggestions. We felt very safe. This was our first stay at SOHO but won’t be our last.

The pool was the only good thing about this. Unfortunately you can't bring any outside food or drinks included a water bottle. This was implemented during aur stay by the owner/developer. He had a yelling match with a guest which was extremely unpleasant to witness. Threats were made to call the police. Unprofessional in my option. It could have been resolved away from all the guests using the pool. Also it's a unheated pool. Quite chilly. Rooms are ok at best. The glass floor to ceiling doors were not sealed around edges. Wind moved the blackout curtains. The extremely busy highway 200 with semi trucks at all hours using jake brakes. Slleeping was not easy! Extremely noisy. Hard beds were also a problem. Was not the holiday I was hoping for. Steer clear if you want a quiet night. If you can sleep through hurricane stay here!

We have significant experience with luxury rentals, and we know that the owner's involvement can be crucial. In this case, the owner is the developer, and his abrupt and unannounced poolside rule changes, forbidding food and beverages, caused guest unrest. His aggressive response was alarming. The property itself was stunning, boasting excellent amenities like a gorgeous rooftop, a good gym, and a beautiful yet chilly pool. However, its location directly on a dangerous-to-cross noisy highway, along with other safety concerns, particularly slippery pool steps, were significant drawbacks. Four guests fell and five others slipped during our stay. The pool staff told us that they had repeatedly reported these slips and falls but the owner didn’t want to do anything about it. At the pool, we witnessed the owner abruptly ban food and beverages, contradicting the guest rental agreements. His sudden rule change and aggressive response to guest objections (shouting loudly at one man to “get out of my building”) created unease. This tension at the pool persisted throughout our stay, affecting the overall experience of the guests, including us. Separately, management by Maxwell Residences was commendable, yet overshadowed by the owner's disruptive behavior and disregard for safety. This could have been a top-tier stay, but we left feeling uneasy, making it impossible to recommend. SUMMARY: Five-star building, one-star soap opera included at no extra charge!

My stay at Soho was nothing short of incredible. The room was spacious, modern, and clean with a beautiful view. We couldn't have asked for a better location - relaxing, close to the beach, amazing views, but just steps away from the action of downtown. Great for daily walks! The rooftop pool was incredible and definitely was one of the highlights of our stay. The Maxwell concierge staff was prompt, gracious, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. We will definitely be back!

Could not recommend more! Steps away from the beach and action while also feeling like a personal oasis with the huge rooftop pool and amenities. Very attentive concierges made our stay comfortable and luxurious. I’ll be back!

So this was my third time staying at Maxwell, but my first time in SOHO. I had a really excellent time, for a few reasons. Firstly, as usual with Maxwell, the room was excellent. Spacious, luxurious, well-decorated, comfortable, and clean. Honestly the cleanliness of the unit this time was really exceptional and has raised the bar for me. Next, the service. I've been to PV before but never with a larger group of friends, so many of the usual activities I do were different this time. I reached out to the Maxwell concierge and they helped me to build an itinerary of plans for the week. Local restaurants, beaches, jet skiing... etc. Really fun and I felt cared for. Finally, the pool. I'll be honest, not a big pool guy, I prefer the beach in general. But the rooftop pool is AMAZING and my group loved it. It's a really cool space to hang out - great view, lots of space, shade/sun depending on your preference, and there are many day beds to relax on. Thanks to the staff for making our time special in PV, yet again.

The stay at Maxwell Residences will be one to remember! The condos are beautiful, spacious and bright. Everywhere you look you can get a gorgeous view of everything PV has to offer. The amenities are amazing and has everything you could hope for. Moments away from the beach, water activities and fun shops. I will definitely be coming back to relax and recharge. I could not recommend Maxwell more!

This was my first trip to PV and Maxwell Residences exceeded my expectations - I was blown away by the absolute beauty of the skyline every day. The amenities are top-notch and the concierge was very responsive to my needs. Highly recommend!!

This was our first stay at Soho but definitely won't be our last. After having to relocate from Pier 57 due to construction at their pool we worried there may not be a comparable option in Zona Romantica. Thankfully we were able to make a last-minute booking at Soho and were blown away by the rooftop - easily the nicest in PV. The concierge helped us make a few dinner reservations and arranged in-room spa treatments on our second day. Wholeheartedly recommend.
