Los Colores Ecoparque

I was in Los Colores with my family for a holiday weekend. First I want to acknowledge the good: The premium room is nice and clean. Very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The air works well. It's correct. The service of the reception staff is good. We went rafting through Rio Claro and the service was very good, the guide was super friendly and fun (I think his name was Mateo). However, I found it to be very expensive for what they offer. There is only internet at the reception and taking into account that the cell phone signal is zero in the area (which is not the hotel's fault) there should be internet in the rooms since one is completely cut off in the area. Breakfast is pretty basic. The restaurant is very bad, we had dinner and lunch because we were tired but nothing to do with it. At midnight the power went out so the air was turned off and there is no plant, nor any windows in the rooms so it is not a good idea to open the windows, so we had a very bad night because it was 36 degrees. The truth is I don't know if I would return to this hotel because it seemed quite expensive since it was $705,000 + VAT per day for the premium room for 3 people with breakfast.

The hotel in general, beautiful, the people very friendly and the facilities, neat and organized, the only thing I really didn't like was the "decoration" it cost me 60,000 pesos for some things that you can see are reused in everything, plus it fell We just entered. In short, I have no complaints about the rest.

The place is beautiful and huge. It has everything, a good pool, many sunbathing areas, large green areas, games, spa, bar, ecotourism, in short. For all types of guests. We had the opportunity to see several types of rooms and all of them are very good, well-equipped and clean. The service is unbeatable, the staff is very attentive, the food is good and the drinks at the bar are at very reasonable prices. We also did the hike to the waterfall, which was unforgettable. We would return without thinking about it. Super recommended.

This hotel far from any city and with everything to offer will make you feel the peace you so desire in this world full of noise and pollution. beautiful rooms or private cabins, swimming pools and tour of the Rio Claro reserve.

Estuvimos 4 días en la segunda semana de Enero de 2025 En cuanto a las habitaciones e instalaciones en general, las fotos que tienen no corresponden con la realidad: Los cuartos son estrechos de 3 x 5 mts, carecen de nevera, no tienen closet para guardar la ropa, es alojarse en un cuarto de una finca a precio de un hotel en Bocagrande en Cartagena, las paredes tienen humedad y el olor no se puede quitar. Lo único renovado es la entrada a las habitaciones con tarjeta, sin embargo es inútil dejar cargando aparatos electrónicos durante el día o dejar el aire o el ventilador refrescando la habitación, pues al retirar la tarjeta corta la corriente en toda la habitación. las ventanas son minúsculas en comparación con las fotos del lugar. Servicio, si bien en recepción y en el bar estuvieron muy atentos, carecen de un botones que te ayude con las maletas, la persona que nos acompaño se limito a señalarnos cual era la habitación, y se fue. en el restaurante la cosa fue por el estilo, personal sin tapabocas entregando la comida. Atendiendo de mala gana, inclusive el ultimo día intentamos avisar que íbamos a llegar sobre la hora de cierre para el desayuno, los celulares apagados, y que solo habia disponible lo poco que quedaba en los samovares, como si nos estuvieran regalando la comida. los Platos son un 30% mas caros que en Doradal o son desorbitados, por ejemplo un sándwich de pan tajado una tajada de mortadela y queso por 12 mil pesos. que en Doradal a asi que preferimos tomar almuerzos y comidas desplazándonos hasta el pueblo. Instalaciones, la caminata al tigrillo es muy entretenida y el guía es muy servicial, y la naturaleza exuberante. Esto es lo único que si tenia una relaciòn costo beneficio razonable.
