Niza Apartamentos

What a lovely experience..fab location close to everything..ok they are a little outdated but can't grumble for what we paid. Antonio was such a gentleman, really helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Cleaner was a lovely lady and really respectful the whole week. I would definitely return.

Second time staying at the Niza, perfect location, close to everything! Basic but clean apartments with and upstairs and a big back area for storage drying clothes. Antonio is so lovely will go out of his way to help with anything, even went to get our little boys football off the roof! Cleaners lovely and very friendly and helpful. Pool is small but was perfect for our family didn’t struggle for sunbeds amazing holiday once again!! Thank you.

The apartments are in a perfect location at the base of the valley near the commercial centre .We stayed for 10 nights the accommodation is basic but clean .Antonio the manager is so friendly and couldn’t do enough to help the other staff were just as friendly.I would definitely stay again

Excellent apartments, cleaner comes in every day, place was spotless. Staff were very friendly & the location is fantastic. Pool is gated making it very safe for younger kids which was great. Apartment complex is also locked during the day which is good for peace of mind.

Lovely clean apartments, basic and dated but good for putting your head down. Antonio the manager couldn’t do enough for you, what a star he was. The only downside is no lilos in pool which my grandsons were gutted about. Nice central location, 5 mins 1 way to beach and 5 mins other way to shopping centre

Had an accident while on holiday and the staff looked after me and my family so well.They just couldn't do enough to make the rest of our holiday enjoyable.The apartments were basic but very clean .Would like another visit soon.

Excellent stay, unbelievable value for money, appartments are a little dated but for what we paid there is no complaints. Antonio is a star, great sense of humour and will do his very best to help with any request. At first some of the rules with regards to the pool seem a little harsh, but as the days went on you can see its fully justified. Great location, 100m from beach and 100m from resort centre. Wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Myself, wife, 2 children (5yrs & 11yrs) and both of my parents (70s) have just got back from my 2nd visit to Niza. The apartments are a good size with most of the things you'd want for self catering. I'd have liked aircon but it's cheap so you can't expect everything. The cleaners come round most days and ask if you need the apartment sweeping/bins emptying/new towels etc. The apartment could do with it's own sweeping brush as the floor gets a bit sandy when we've come back from the beach. Overall the apartment is fine for 2 adults 2 children. We had 2 apartments with my parents staying in the other. The location is great. 5 min walk down to the beach and 5 mins the other way to the shopping centre and restaurants. Both are flat walks which is good for this area as lots of accommodation is on steep hills. BAD BIT My kids love swimming and are both very competent, however I would never leave them unsupervised. On one occasion we were told that my 5yr old couldn't jump in. I said the sign says "NO DIVING" and there was nobody else in the pool or sat around it. Antonio repeated the no jumping comment and then said it was ok if there weren't people there. I was unsure if he meant in the pool or sat by the side so we agreed to disagree. I carried on letting my 5yr old jump in and made sure we didn't splash anyone. Most of the time the pool and pool area was totally empty other than my family. Later in the holiday I got back from a walk and my children were sat inside sulking. My parent's had been swimming with them and Antonio had told them they could not jump in. I asked my parents if they were splashing people and they said there was nobody about and somebody had been looking at the CCTV footage and spotted them jumping in. I found this a bit odd, borderline creepy. The kids didn't want to swim after that as they had been told off so we mainly went to the beach. As the pool is unsupervised and the sign said "no diving" i believe it is up to the adults to make sure their children are safe and not causing a problem for other guests. As there were no other guests around and the pool was very deep i don't understand why my children couldn't play as they wanted to. TO SUM UP OK apartment Great location Kids experience spoilt by the fun police

The perfect place to stay, Deserves more than one star. Antonio the manager was very friendly and helpful. Nothing was to much trouble for him. He went above and beyond to make our stay great. Apartments were clean and comfortable. The cleaners offered to clean them most days and clean bedding was given when i requested some. As a three generation family of 5 they were perfect apartments. The apartment has an extra room at the back which is all tiled and cool with a drying rack great for storage of beach stuff eg inflatables.
