Servatur Casablanca Suites & Spa - Adults Only

The location is brilliant. You are near all the shops and restaurants, there is about 102 steps to walk down and back up though to get to the hotel. So the room we was originally in was 310 we arrived having paid extra for one of the superior junior suites, the jacuzzi and brolly was both broken, we got moved to 606 which was so much better and bigger, the rooms are very big and spacious but I didn’t like the fact that it was 2 single beds pushed together. Now let’s move on to the food we paid for half board and only ate once at the hotel, you are better off bed and breakfast, there’s not much choice at all and the food is always just warm, half board works very weird in this hotel so it’s not like a buffet, they put starters and puddings out which again always cold and you have to order from a menu for your main, pretty much the same food everyday. The sunbeds are another issue very very low also the pool area doesn’t open until 10-11 which again I find very strange, I’ve never been to a hotel where they have opening times, I don’t think the hotel has any entertainment either, it was okay for the money we paid but I don’t think I would come back.

We visited here half board. Arrived around 2pm and after a quick phone call to house keeping we were given the keys to our room. On check in the lady explained really well times on eating, how the gym and spa worked. Then straight up to level 7. Our room was perfect, very clean, tidy and plenty of room for the 2 of us. Dressing gowns, pool towels, bathroom towels and water in the fridge. The onsite shop has all the basics and more, all at very reasonable prices. The balcony was large as they are on that level, sun loungers, table and chairs, so plenty of shade and sun. Pool was cleaned daily, plenty of sun loungers around the pool and there is also a separate deck if you want to be away from the pool and bar area. Bar was well stocked with two happy hours daily. Food. Breakfast. Plenty to choose from, fruit, cereal, breads, cooked, made to order omelettes all buffet style. Even a gluten free section including a separate toaster. Dinner. Buffet style starter and pudding with mains being a la cart. We were never disappointed with our meals. They were all cooked and presented to a high level. Restaurants staff...... shout out to .... Sylvia Alberto Ruben Amanda Ceders These are just the name badges I can remember. Each and everyone of these and the team members I haven't said really made the holiday. Thank you to you all. Kitchen team, house keeping team, lady in the shop, reception team and anyone else. It's so easy to moan about stuff and you all need to know you made our holiday great

My second stay at the Casablanca as a solo traveler. This time for only 5 nights once again for a Big Game fishing trip. At my request they allocated a room on the 6th floor which featured a Whirlpool bath on the balcony (had a problem with it on my first day, but it was fixed within an hour) and good views. The room was spotlessly clean and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was very good (especially the omelettes ) Evening meal which is waiter service was very good. Like others have mentioned , all of the staff are excellent, very friendly, helpful and efficient. My room cleaner was especially good, helpful, friendly, and made sure the room was spotlessly clean every day. I would definitely return.

This place is wonderful. Almost no complaints at all. The rooms are amazing with a good view, very clean, and get cleaned every day, bathroom and shower was top quality. We only had the breakfast for food and it was also very good. Most of the staff are lovely and friendly. The best thing about it is the location, 5 minutes to all the restaurants and shops, as well as the mall. Everything else we planned was close enough and could get a bus which was a 10 minute walk to the station. Everything about the hotel was smooth and well run, good prices for everything too. The only complaint we had is the rooftop bar wasn’t open. So overall nothing big at all was wrong and everything else was great. Would definitely recommend for a couples holiday.

I should have done my homework firstly as I didn’t realise how high up the hotel was…ok walking down hills but needed a taxi to get back so didn’t venture out much….where the hotel is situated is right above the main ***** so very noisy at night until 4 am. The air con was noisy so for my 7 night stay I didn’t get much sleep. My room included a whirl pool which I didn’t use at it was absolutely filthy…I did start to fill it up but the amount of limescale that came out was disgusting. I use to work for environmental health and they would have a field day here. The room was clean and spacious apart from the shower which again wasn’t very clean especially around the drain. Staff polite, food good

me and my partner have returned from our trip to gran canaria, we booked this adult’s only hotel through love holidays and we were more than impressed! it was an absolutely lovely hotel, the staff were so kind and helpful and with the facilities offered to you, you can’t go wrong! they explain everything to you when you check in, and if you have any questions they’re there to help! they offer room service from certain hours of the day which is incredibly convenient if you don’t fancy going out one night, and the food is delicious. although the sun didn’t come onto the balcony until around 1:00pm, the balcony we chose had the sun on it from around this time until it set. if you’re going to book this hotel i would hugely advise you go for a room with a hot tub on the balcony, as it is an amazing addition, as you can use it like a hot tub or a normal bath. they have a mini mart shop on the bottom floor which is great for snacks and they also have a car park if you decide to hire a car. overall, i’d highly recommend this hotel, it was a lovely environment and we’d more than happily return!
