Servatur Castillo de Sol

We are having a lovely stay here in room 401 . On arrival we received a lovely warm welcome from the lovely lady on reception. Every member of Reception Staff are very professional extremely helpful. Our lady who cleans is lovely she works very hard our apartement spotless after cleaning . Apartement has everything we need for a comfortable stay excellent Wi Fi , well equipped kitchen facilities, comfortable beds , plenty of hot water , a smart tv with English channels BBC 1 , ITV , CBeebies , radio station s, plenty of towels . Pool bar really good coffee is excellent and food freshly cooked prices are reasonable staff are friendly and helpful . Maintenance gentleman always has a friendly smile. Bonus being able to use the gym and spa next door in the Casablanca, spa has to be booked beforehand , staff in the Casablanca really nice too Servatur your staff are Excellent making our holiday a pleasure. Excellent budget hotel. Rooms and pool area clean and well maintained. Staff are all friendly and efficient. Apartments are immaculate and comfortable with comfortable beds and decent showers. We were on the ground floor , so needed the air conditioning due to not being able to keep the door or window open for security and privacy but only 25 euro and very good . Very quiet once the doors are closed and air con is on. Ideal location , 5/10 mins walk to the town and beach, then easy to explore along the coast . Plenty of food and drink options, nicer venues away from the commercial centre .

Stayed here on our last trip . We've been several times to Puerto Rico and usual have a great time wherever we've stayed nut here was an exception. We arrived late evening and was told our room by the bar. The area was noisy all day and upto around 11.30/ midnight. We were not Informed this was the case and was not offered any alternatives. We are not kill joys so just got on with our holiday. As you are aware most people use and expect access to the Internet. Thiis was advertised as being available at Castillo de sol. It did have Internet but it was diabolical and often didn't work at all. We asked at reception about this and they were very helpful but the signal was just rubbish. The worst thing was the room it's self. The shower pressue was terrible, and the shower head squirted in all directions. The cubical itself leaked the entire length of the tray. This was reported to reception but no one ever came (that we knew about), and it was never fixed. We had to be careful with our towel use as we discovered the cleaners only attend every 3rd dsy. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable, so much do that my husband and I took it in turns to sleep on the sightly better sofa. I think some simple investments in better beds/ mattresses,, better showers and improving the internet isn't to much to ask for. It wasn't all bad though, the hotel is in a great location and most of the staff were really nice. The pool area and general use area's were clean and the pool bar was actually great fun (when we weren't trying to sleepright nextdoor).

People who need internet this was the worst I've had in many years of going to P.R. Very few plug sockets to use. Shower needs mantaince shower tray/ glass just leaked over the floor. In 1 week only had to cleaning days 1 of them in the late afternoon and was unable to clean. Air-conditioning had to pay €25 for the week REALLY.

Lovely hotel been here 4 times very friendly rooms spot on bar very good prices staff behind bar a lovely so relaxed staying here i would recomend it to anyone . Cant fault it to be honest food nice to reception ladys soo nice allways smiled when you walked through reception and said hello life guard a nice man to

Just had a 5 night stay at these apartments 27th Oct to 1 Nov. They were lovely and would highly recommend. The rooms are modern and clean, beds were so comfy and the pillows 👌🏻. The staff were so nice and friendly. Big shout out to Zira animation team so was so friendly and a connect4 champion!! and the lifeguard, sorry I cannot remember his name but he was lovely. Dante and Toni who runs the pool bar along with a lovely lady, soz cannot remember her name, food and drinks were good and very reasonably prices. Our first time in these particular apartments and will defo go back all round modern clean friendly place to stay👌🏻👌🏻
