Myself and my sister had a wonderful stay here. We wanted a relaxing? Peaceful holiday and that's exactly what we got. The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. The accommodation is wonderful and the pool area was perfect for chilling all day.

Excellent apartments, very modern, clean and the views are brilliant. We had an apartment with a hot tub on the balcony which was wonderful. The apartment had everything you need, full kitchen and appliances with tea and coffee and salt and pepper. The bathroom only has soap in but it is Rituals soap so smells lovely and there are towels. The pool is great too an infinity style with stunning views. The breakfast every morning was amazing, great selection and you could order one item off the kitchen menu my favourite was the pancakes and the Mexican toast. The restaurant was brilliant too and we enjoyed a lovely rib eye steak and bottle of wine. The staff throughout are brilliant and welcoming. You can walk to the beach it is down a lot of steps but takes around 10 minutes. We always had space to park our car too. Would definitely return!

This review is about the Restaurant. Last night we had the most delicious meal at 7 Horizon Restaurant. First course - I had watermelon & Thai Beef in a chilli oil with rocket. Beef was cut into little morsels of heaven along with the bite sized red watermelon. My husband had Salmon Carpaccio which was salmon slices with herbs and cheese crisps. 2nd course - NewYork ribeye, potato mash & gravy. Husband had Duck. We shared julienne vegetables and black Tenerife potatoes. Final course we both had coffee pudding with orange, coconut sorbet. Bottle of wine and still water shared between us. Service was excellent and no hurrying to finish. Definitely recommend.

Great place to relax. The complex is new and clean. The breakfast is delicious, they serve a quality food. The bedroom was full equipped. We enjoyed our staying. We had a jacuzzi on our terrasse with view and private space. The shopping center is close to the apartment.

I Wouldn't recommend for single people or elderly. No receptionist. speak to staff through what app. Very high up the mountains. No shops or restaurants around. So daily taxies have to be added to you expenses Alot of steps....

Everything about are stay was just perfect, the room, the staff, the resort! We were also very lucky with the weather ☀️ The resort is maintained so well, it is very quiet and peaceful and subject to where your room is could easily go a day without seeing anyone. The breakfast is fabulous and there is a restaurant on site which we ate in twice and was lovely both times with great service. We had a room with a pool which was just incredible but we also visited the communal pool and pool bar which were equally as good. The beach, shops and bars are about a 10/15 minute walk away but this is down (and back up) a lot of quite steep steps so won't be for everyone however we did it daily with all our water and wine bottles and it was fine. We got a taxi back some evenings and this was less than 5€ Thank you for amazing stay Grand Horizon - we will be back xx

Tengo pendiente un viaje a este resort y de momento la amabilidad de sus empleados y las ayudas para hacer la reserva ha sido de 10. Espero seguir poniendo buenas reseñas pero estaré allí el día 19 y todo el personal con el q he hablado hasta la fecha se ha preocupado de facilitarme las cosas además de todas las explicaciones sobre la isla q me han facilitado. De momento creo q ha sido un acierto la elección de este hotel . Espero q sigan así de profesionales .

¡¡Una experiencia para repetir!! ¡Sin duda es un alojamiento que lo tiene todo! Estuvimos en septiembre y todo fue perfecto, la limpieza que tiene, los trabajadores un encanto, el equipamiento de bar pool, restaurante y desayuno. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario para pasar el día sin necesidad de salir del recinto

Elegimos este sitio por tener piscina privada y climatizada. Pues bien, ni está climatizada, ni es privada ya que está justo enfrente de un paso por el que pasea todo el mundo. Y te verán hasta el alma si te da por darte un baño íntimo ... Agua fría, pero fría fría. 24 grados, enserio ? La del mar está un pelín más fría pero no hay mucha diferencia. Se te queda una cara de tonto cuando vienen y te dicen que no es un jacuzzi que alucinas. El Hotel Vill del conde por ejemplo tiene piscina climatizada y siempre está tibia, obvio no pedimos más. Deja bastante que desear, no hay recepción y después de clavarte 800€ por dos noches, te exigen hacer por ti mismo el cheking, escanear tu los documentos y rellenar un formulario que agüita... Enserio ? Ese no es mi trabajo. Deberían currarse un poquito la atención para ser 5 estrellas. Por la noche no hay nadie solo un segurita ni recepción ni nada . Lamentable No volveremos ni lo recomendamos. Para colmo la única solución que nos dan es cancelar la reserva. Adjunto fotos
