I’m working in the shipyard for Navantia, I’m English with limited restaurants next to this location. The rest of the hotel staff are excellent apart from a receptionist called Marta. She refused to order a pizza ( a trivial thing when the hotel is empty and this is supposedly 4 star) I’ve been in the hotel for 8 nights so far and every other receptionist has ordered me food. This is not a hard task for receptionist of a hotel to perform as there was nobody at the desk. I went next door to the bar, the bartender ordered straight away without hesitation. I don’t normally wright these comments but I think this is unacceptable for a receptionist, first point of contact for a customer to refuse.

Het hotel ligt een stukje van het dorp Puerto Real af. Om deze reden is het wel handig om een auto te hebben. Het hotel zelf is netjes en schoon. Ook de kamers zijn ruim en netjes. Er zijn voldoende handdoeken aanwezig en de bedden lagen lekker. Het personeel bij de receptie en bij het ontbijt waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het zwembad is heerlijk! Erg groot en voldoende plekken om te zonnen. Verwacht van het hotel geen modern ingericht interieur. Het is iets verouderd, maar ook goed onderhouden en schoon. Voor ons voor 2 dagen perfect!

Soggiornato due giorni per assistere alla gara MotoGP di Jerez, molto comodo anche alla città di Cadiz, camere ampie e pulite, personale molto cortese e un plauso perché segnalando la mia intolleranza al lattosio mi facevano trovare sempre i prodotti opportuni anche nel pocket lunch , non scontato. Lo consiglio .

Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos en él, es perfecto para lo que buscamos a 15 minutos de Cádiz ( carnaval) y todo cómodo con coche, super tranquilo y en estas fechas bien de precio. Limpio con un personal cercano y agradable. Como único pero el desayuno, que aunque correcto hubo lo mismo los 4 días de alojamiento

Hemos ido a pasar el fin de semana por la zona,y la verdad es que han sido un gran descubrimiento. Las habitaciones están bastante bien,teniendo en cuenta que íbamos con un bebé y nos pusieron la cuna. Estuvimos muy cómodos. El trato del personal ha sido maravilloso,tanto en recepción como las chicas de cafetería. Si tengo que poner una pega,diría que las camas,aunque muy cómodas,crujen un montón! La limpieza,impecable!! Muy recomendado,volveremos segurooooo !!!
