Blue Lagoon Inn & Suites Reviews

We had an amazing stay at Blue Lagoon Inn & Suites. The hotel is located in the heart of Puerto Princesa. The place is beautiful and calm, the staff is nice and friendly. Also, the location is great, less than 5 minutes away from the main road with all the restaurants and shops. The best highlight was the swimming pool. We really enjoyed it! Highly recommended!

The place is very relaxing ,the most I like is my room is infront of the swimming pool..which I can see my children easily while their are swimming..the staff are nice,and the location is not too far from the airport

Basic but convenient bed was comfortable enough. 24 hr security on the front gate.

The front desk lady was very helpful when I had some problems with my pickup car.

Had to rebook my flight and stay another night in puerto princesa. Very happy that they made my last night comfy and safe.🥹😍 I also met my friends from Australia.

Nice Hotel with great Pool for adult and kids. Quiet location with walking distance to Rizal Blvd Restos and pubs.

Location is good. It's near to a lot of restaurants and bars. People are kind. Breakfast served tasted good. Decent and clean rooms. Big pool!

We stayed in the Hotel from 20th to 24th of June 2022! I originally booked a room that could cater 3 pax (2adults & 1 kid (10). When we get there they could’nt find my booking & contacted trip.com! Finally they’re able ro retrieve it but room was too small and said could only accommodate 2pax, otherwise they can put an extra matress! Even a mattress is placed, the room would be too crowded. So I checked my best option and that is to change into another room. We jz have to wait. I contacted trip.com about this and they were very sorry about the confusion of room accommodation and offered a compensation for the extra mattress fee!😅 Regarding the hotel, food was good although to refill water is CHARGED!! 500 ml bottled water is 10pesos, I don’t get it, it should be for free!😅 Breakfast meal’s price i think could be lower and everyday room service should be a must!

Located not far from the center! We booked the family room and the experience was worth it we will book again next time plus it is not that expensive.

Nice place to relax

We stayed at this hotel in April 2024. for 2 days. The hotel has a swimming pool where you can swim after a long day of sightseeing, although the water in this pool is too warm in my opinion. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful, they helped us with organizing excursions, as well as transfers to El Nido at reasonable prices. In general, everything in the rooms is old, both furniture and plumbing. For a couple of days this is quite acceptable.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none. I reserved a room a few days in advance. When we arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm, the front desk began to arrange for the waiter to do the cleaning. After we waited in the lobby for more than 20 minutes, they told us that we could check in, and told us the air conditioner after arriving in the room. It's bad, there is a problem with the cooling, and now there are only two options, either endure the air conditioner not cooling, or change the room. Well, we had no choice but to ask the waiter to take us to the room we wanted to change, and found that the room we changed was actually an old building, and it was a very poor room on the second floor, which was exactly the same as the room we booked. does not match. We didn't agree to change the room, but what was unexpected was that the hotel staff ignored us at this time, left us to the side, let us be bitten by mosquitoes, and loved it. We took 5 seats from El Nido. It took more than an hour for the car to come back, and I was tired and hungry. It was 4:30 at this time, and we waited for more than an hour. We had no choice but to contact the official staff to help solve the problem. Finally, through various phone calls, we could not successfully check into the room until 6:00 pm. During this period of more than 2 hours, the hotel staff ignored us all the time. This is their service attitude! By the way, again, the rooms in this hotel are very bad, the sheets don't feel washed, don't believe them easily by looking at their descriptions.
