overrated place, arrived at night about 10pm,don't have restaurant open to eat, have insect in the room, booked a king size bed but they gave two small twin beds, staff were nice though

Recommended. Will definititely come back again to this hotel. Nice staff. Friendly. The location is good. Hotel is very clean. Location is near to souvenirs and airport.

It was our return from El Nido and stay for 1 night then got the flight back to our country, the only thing is there is no ATM around so we will need to go to the shopping mall for cash out, other then that the wifi is good and the receptionist is really helpful. She reserved a van for us to go to the airport the other morning for free. I will definitely come back again

Really nice place. Staff was very friendly. This was a last minute stay because we had missed a connecting flight to El Nido and had to reroute through Puerto Princessa to travel to El Nido the next day. Good breakfast, comfortable bed, nice hot water. Would be happy to spend a longer time there.

The staff is very attentive and we were allowed to use our room longer because we had a late flight. Free airport transport was great.
Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio of the room facilities is not right here. We had a stay of 2 nights before our departure. I would not recommend the hotel for a longer stay. We had the cheapest room category. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Air conditioning very old and loud! Bathroom old and visually unhygienic. Duvet cover and towels very worn and in desperate need of new. The gym is also getting old. The pool had milky water. And there's not enough choice at breakfast. There should be more salad and fruits!

Hotel that meets. The rooms are spacious, it has a good pool and gym. They also take you by van to the airport for free. Breakfast and cleanliness could be improved.

The air conditioner is very noisy, so loud that I can't sleep. The sound insulation of the room is not very good. I can hear people talking outside. It's very uncomfortable to take a shower with hot water and then get cold

I’ve always found one manalo to be a nice hotel offering comfort with exceptional service. You can see a previous review I left. This time something wasn’t quite right, the greeting at the front desk was ok no interest really the room was very good and the bed so big and comfy. The breakfast was poor, but he cereal was mainly crumbs the isda was empty along with sausages. These were filled back up but by that point I’d eaten toast and wasn’t hungry anymore. The boy on service needs training he was playing on his phone most of the time. It feels like new management or something because it isn’t anywhere near the previous standards.
