- friendly staff, they never fail to greet or smile when we cross paths

- no charge for extra blanket
- satisfying meals every breakfast
- place is near the airport
Cons:
- the air conditioner is noisy when it’s turned on
- weak water pressure from the bidet
- takes a long time to refill water in the dispenser

HI, I stayed there with my friend doe two nights, that was insane. people who working in there were so kind and had good hospitality!! you should decide to stay there if u are searching hotel around airport!! appriciate it

Overall the experience was fine. The shower head has a leaking gasket. At that time the staff was dealing with heavy work load since there were many bookings by athletes.

The room is spacious and clean.
The price is also reasonable.
There are more restaurants nearby compared to other areas.
It is close to the airport, which is very convenient.
However, the water pressure in the shower was too weak, so I couldn't take a proper shower.
Other than that, it’s a hotel I really liked.

This is a very comfortable hotel with a great staff. Breakfast is very bad for any Westerner. Puerto Princess is very dead, and the people of the town are not friendly to foreigners.
