Beautiful hotel, amazing staff, a paradise resort

So clean and beach front

Luxurious new (3 months from opening) hotel with a magnificent beach. The level corresponds to the brand, taking into account the small load you get an exclusive holiday. The special offer price is very attractive. Good breakfast, you can take dinner (buffet not every day). I think it will be boring for more than a week, but if you want a beach holiday in solitude, to see the Underground River, then this is a great option.

The hotel is very good, but there is no sea view room. The only drawback is that the price is not good. The mountain next door is very good. The 1100 small building has a sea view. It is recommended to compare the prices.

You won't believe the amazing time I had on my dream holiday at the Four Points in Palawan! From the moment I landed, I was treated like royalty. The hotel's private van whisked me away from the airport, and upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing drink and a seamless check-in process. My deluxe room was beyond perfect - from the top-notch amenities to the surprise upgrade to a room with direct pool access, every moment was pure luxury. The pool area was a tropical paradise, and the beach just a short stroll away was a pristine oasis. The staff was incredibly thoughtful, providing useful tips and ensuring I had everything I needed for a relaxing time in the sun. Let's talk about the food - oh my goodness! The meals at the "Evolution" restaurant were a culinary delight. The breakfast spread was diverse and mouthwatering, and I made it a point to try almost everything on the lunch and dinner menus. The flavors were out of this world! Not to mention the underground river tour I booked through the hotel - it was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the detailed recommendations from the reception staff. And speaking of staff, I can't praise them enough. From the moment I arrived to the moment I reluctantly left, every member of the team went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. Their warmth and professionalism truly made my holiday one for the books. I can't recommend the Four Points on Palawan highly enough - it's an absolute paradise that exceeded all my expectations!

We booked this hotel for 2 nights firstly it is too far from airport (2 hrs) 2nd Swimming pool was under maintainence...nothing is nearbuy this hotel so there was nothing to do for us Food Is pathetic we are from India so there was nothing for us...they do not have indian food options...we asked chef to make egg curry for us and we were relaxed that we will get something to eat but he prepared sweet omellete curry...it was so pathetic overall a bad experience Will not recommend to anyone

The property is beautiful. I love everything about this place. Perfect for those who just want to enjoy quiet time :) Highly recommended. The staff was friendly, the food is good and at a reasonable price, and the room was beyond comfortable.

This trip was absolutely amazing! I got engaged on the beach and all the staff were amazing! Shoutout to JM, Goldy, Niki, Marvin and Laura. I’m sorry if I missed anyone but the whole staff and management as well as security were on top of everything. My fiancé planned everything when we arrived and it was such a beautiful evening. The food, pool and beach front were breathtaking! This place will always have a special place in my heart. That you all soo much! Can’t wait to come back 🤩

My family travelled from Clark-Manila-Puerto Princess and drove to the hotel in Sabang. We had a wonderful staycation. Great place and food! But the best was the service from its staff. Shoutout to Aaron, Ivan, Fobert, Noriel, Chady, Gerald, Anna, Lorraine and Rose.

We stayed there for 14 days, and it was the best time of our lives. We felt like royalty in paradise; my partner didn't want to leave anymore. Lol A big thank you to our pool bar boys, JC, AJ, Mark, and Janus, who were always ready to serve us our favorite beer and lunch. Thanks to Team Evolution, especially Hassan, for spoiling my partner with fresh mango juice every day. To Lorraine, Karen, Arriane, and Goldy, thank you for always greeting and assisting us at breakfast every morning. Of course, our dinner team, Anna, Chady, and JM, you guys are the best! A special mention goes to Anthony, the F&B Manager, for making our stay unforgettable, especially our engagement and our own Balayong tree. We also want to thank our housekeeping team, Ynna, Anthony, and Lourdes, for always surprising us with different bed decorations every time we returned to our room. It truly felt like every day was a special occasion. Finally, a big thank you to the front office team, Jean, Let, Rosie,Kharen,and Bobby for arranging birthday amenities for my partner and letting everyone know it was his birthday (he even jokingly asked if I paid you all to greet him! Lol We can't wait to come back next year for our anniversary! :)

We ended our trip in Palawan staying at Sheraton Puerto princessa . It was wonderfull to enjoy the last days at the hotel with its calm atmosphere. And the best thing is that having the tour comfortably, the way to the underground river is very short and easy. Also the tour arranged by the hotel was perfect. Even if it is too new since its openning, the team and the chef was great.

This new Marriott property in Palawan is a gem in Marriott’s portfolio in the Philippines. This property is set in a stunning location set in front of Sabang beach and behind the beautiful Karst hills of Puerto Princesa. While Sabang beach is definitely not the best beach in Palawan or in the Philippines by a long mile, the is a great starting point if you want to get to the UNESCO heritage underground river site nearby (the port for the boats that bring you there is literally next door). They have the most sincere and most helpful staff, while there are definitely rough edges as per any new hotel, with highly competent and friendly staff like Loraine, Jacqueline, Loraine and Hassan - this is definitely going to be one of the best if it not the best Marriott location in the Philippines- this has already bested my experience with full fledged Marriott and Sheraton properties I’ve stayed with in Pasay and Cebu. Keep it up guys!
