Excellent hotel friendly staff ...... Recession Elvin an excellent deal

Resort was excellent, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bars and bartenders was great as well. Love how we had a beach view with the resort. The rooms was clean, pillows fluffed. Love how we had multiple bars to chose from. Great night life guys from animation are good people, kelvin was a good animation. We had fun with us. I recommend this for people who come to this hotel

I did not stay at the hotel with you I have to pay again because trip. Com lied to me when I was there at the hotel they did not keep my reservation like they told me I book for two adults and kids stay free laying to me because it wasn’t like that. All I want now is my refund back and the money that I had to pay for my son all because trip. Com lied to me That’s not fair I want my money back

Excellent preparation. The staff was very kind, friendly, helpful, the varieties of food were very nice and excellent, everything was very nice, the restaurant was very clean, the rooms were very clean, the entire pool, the warm water was the best for me.

I don’t even know where to begin, from the cleanliness to the food , and pool areas , to the beach and snack bars . Honestly deserves a 10/10. However I love most the Italian restaurant and most importantly the customer service of Justino. I’ll let the picture speak for itself. We deserve more Justino around the world .
