The staff was amazing and very friendly. I would give this resort a 3/10 the WiFi was horrible, no elevator , same food on the beach everyday . The food was regular not that flavorful. This resort is for a very much older crowd and it’s very quiet not a lot of activities going on at the resort

I had no issues at all, stayed 4 days with Friends, loved the Foam party at 4pm at the pool, that was a great touch, friendly staff, buffet had a variation of food, beach was Amazing! Overall a good hotel to stay!

15-20 min from airport. Clean and comfortable. Safe, hair dryer, coffee maker, frig, A.C., hot water worked well. Wi-Fi spotty. Beds/loungers with umbrellas at pool. Towels readily available. Beach, 4-5 min walk. Chairs available any time. Catamaran/kayak/paddle board included. Bring insulated cup for drinks to limit visits to the bar. \
(4) restaurants open every other day. Use Viva App to reserve. Service at restaurants was good. Men not required to wear long pants/slacks for entry, shorts allowed. Service at the buffet was not good. Food however was excellent and varied daily. Coffee shop located left of the buffet that offers pastries and made to order coffee.
Nightly shows by the pool. Club, billiards room, and stage area on the 2nd floor. Small gym with free weights and (2) treadmills. Resort provided a great vacation for the price paid.

Viva Heavens is a good resort with very little activities and more visited by seniors tourist. Only local liquor available if you are not member of their club, no even paying for a drink of special drinks

No towels at the pool on day one . Same food every day with no selection . Poor entertainment alcohol was terrible just a dull outdated hotels

The size is just right if you enjoy a more personal stay. Stadd are very friendly and gelpful, the rooms are cleaned well daily. The only thing that i did not like is there is no elevators.

The rooms were not comfortable at all,the beds are old,you can not swim on the beach because they don’t clean it the beach is very dirty.

Advertise room service- they do not offer it. Offer garden view- is not a garden view. Food was not great. Staff unwilling to help & look like they despise their job. I wish I would have paid the extra for newer resort.

My experience at Viva heavens was horrendous right from the start. I scheduled pick up from the airport directly with Viva, they were very quick to take payment, but when it came time that my flight arrived not one person at the hotel knew what was going on with my pickup nor really cared about it. I was coming from a temperature of 20°F at my home location to 90°F on the scorching heat with a winter Jacket on my side I had to wait over an hour in those conditions. My girlfriend arrived an hour before me, and asked at the front desk if they knew what was going on with my pickup and she was treated with a condescending attitude from Keisilvelly whose immediate response to my girlfriend was “well we don’t deal with that here”. After my long wait and several phone calls I was able to get in contact with the driver who was supposed to be there before my flight arrived I made it to the hotel and had to deal with Belgica Ortiz and her her poor costumer service and very sassy attitude. This hotel is very small and is very difficult to get reservations for the a la carta restaurants, the food is below average with the exception of Blend, every plate there was delicious the rest of the staff was overall very welcoming cheerful and overall pleasant to be around I’d love to thank Benedicta once I saw my situation wasn’t being fixed I requested a supervisor she came to the rescue was very polite and solved all my issues on the spot I’m not sure I’ll go back to Viva heavens but Benedicta
