The hotel's location in Puerto Natales is very central, which is convenient. However, the decor and furnishings are dated, giving a rundown feel. The rooms are uncomfortable and have little space for luggage, making them impractical for longer stays. Housekeeping was fair, nothing remarkable, and noise at night was a major problem: you could hear a lot of cars, and it sounded like they were racing, which made it difficult to rest properly. On the other hand, the staff was very pleasant, the only really positive thing about our stay. The breakfast was very basic, without much variety. Furthermore, there is no elevator, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. On the positive side, there is free parking in front of the hotel. Overall, we found the place to be expensive for what it offers, and overall, I was disappointed.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, very spacious room, comfortable beds, everything very clean. A very serious drawback was the heating that never managed to warm our room, we were cold. Although we did notice it from the first night and the hotel staff checked that the radiator in the room was barely warm, only the last night the lady at the reception provided us with an electric heater and that solved the problem. The heating in the dining room, reception and living room were good, it came out of the room and the temperature was good in all rooms. Besides, I would recommend doing something with the tub, it is somewhat slippery.
