The B&B is located close to the bus station and a 15-minute walk from the center or the seaside. The room was very clean. The sanitation girl works very diligently and carefully. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bread, yogurt, instant coffee, two bananas and two oranges, for the three of us. The landlady always asks us if we want scrambled eggs every day. Stayed for four nights and had the same breakfast every day. There is no water in the room. If you want to drink water, go to the breakfast room downstairs. If you want hot water, ask the landlady. Even in summer, the room must be heated. So the cereal, instant coffee, and tea bags in the breakfast room were all furnishings, and the hot water bottle was there with no water in it. I don’t know how to eat these anyway, and it’s so hard to even drink a cup of hot water. The landlady is so shrewd and calculating that she gave three cents of the service to the cleaning girl😊 We booked two rooms for four nights for US$680, so we could have better choices.

Lucy's was one of the most welcoming houses throughout my South American trip. Aside from clean and comfortable bed and towels, spacious room and bathroom with excellent powerful hot shower, perfect location next to bus depot, the best of all is a nicest, and warmest host Lucy. She made me feel like I returned home and every day made sure I had ample breakfast in the morning before leaving the house, all bus tickets or tours in order, and a hot tea before going to sleep! I would never forget how she waited for me till very late at night to come back from the trek. In all my history of travelling all over the world, no host cared about their guests as much as Lucy. If I ever go back to Puerto Natales Lucy would be one of the main reasons to do so. Thank you, Lucy, for your hospitality! Tip: book all your activities with Lucy. I had pre-booked mine and still regret it. I should have listened to Lucy and would have had much better experience.

Simple and clean. Lovely host. Good beds in warm rooms with good breakfast. Couldn’t ask for more. All family members happy after 5 day hike in Torres del Paine. Walking distance to restaurants and quiet at night. Recommend this one as one of better Chile stays.

Excellent stay, Mrs. Lucy very kind, always attentive to any need. Location close to the center, in a quiet place. The impeccable place always, breakfast with a lot of love. A pleasant stay. Absolutely recommended!!!!

Preparando nuestro viaje a Las Torres del Paine me lo recomendó una amiga belga. Sin pensarlo reservé y que linda sorpresa ! Para nosotros que salíamos durante todo el día para visitar Las Torres pero también otros lugares icónicos , Casa Lucy fue el lugar perfecto . Nuestra habitación era grande , muy cómoda e impecable. Su dueña nos recibió y atendió con mucho cariño . Todo está cerca , el centro , restaurants , terminal de buses , etc . Todo es tal como la descripción.
