First of all, the system message is wrong. This is not a youth hostel, but a very stylish boutique hotel. The owner is a young man from Finland and he has two cute dogs. The decoration is classic and distinctive, the room is warm and comfortable, and the bed is very good to sleep on. The breakfast was also quite rich, and it was quite a satisfying experience.

The Vibes
This was my favorite hotel traveling throughout South America! A short walk to the center of town and all the restaurants. But what made it memorable was the decor and vibe! I loved every minute of my stay here!

No on site parking but plenty of street parkings nearby. David and Scarlett were warm and welcoming; nice and clean facility with charming decorations. Love the house dogs. Highly recommended.

The owners are so nice and everything is simple and easy. We loved the cool decor. The food is good and the room has everything you need. It is comfortable and feels safe. We chatted w the owner for awhile. He was super nice and gave us recommendations for our travels. 10/10 would stay again

We loved our stay at Vinnhaus. The interior is gorgeous, elegant, and inviting. You can tell whoever designed it put in a lot of care and thought to it. The entire hotel is super clean. The breakfast is all homemade and the bread and pastries are especially delicious. We needed some help from the staff during our stay and they were super friendly and truly a lifesaver. There are also four super chill dogs. We would absolutely stay here again next time we find ourselves in Puerto Natales. Highly highly recommend.

Our experience was fabulous and the service was 10/10! Alex made our memories of this trip to Patagonia extra special with the unforgettable food, attention to detail, and personable touch. The atmosphere and beautiful decor had us feeling so special and relaxed!

Just stay away. The price is outrageous for the area, and you’ll regret staying here. We hated it. The bed was by far one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever encountered. The springs of the mattress protruded into my back almost immediately. The shower head fell on my head giving me a massive bruise, there is no way to turn off the lights, the door lock is insecure, the room is tiny, the pillows are lumpy, no one is there at night, and the owners are incredibly rude and will not help you. It’s empty because of the price. The place is no good. 100% avoid.

Great classy hotel

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Vinnhaus. The entire property had a very posh Versailles feel about it. The owner of the property, and the staff, take a lot of pride in ensuring you have the most pleasant experience during your stay. There are so many positives to add about our stay. Excellent customer service, very engaging, and staff takes proactive actions before you realize your needs
The room is exquisite and had a beautiful 19th century Parisian feel. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower was amazing!, and the room/bathroom was exceptionally clean.
The staff held our bags for 8 days while we hiked the O Circuit. The breakfast was a great touch and very feeling. It was cute to see the dogs around the property, and if like to enjoy a nightly bar…they have that as well. We would highly recommend Vinnhaus and we will definitely stay again if we are ever in Puerto Natales again. Excellent experience.
