The accommodation is actually very nice, the problem is the communication. It is very hard to get in contact, and the quality of response is also poor. We stayed there twice for two nights. For one of the stays, we were charged around 4 times as much as booked. We requested a refund but never received a reply to several attempts of getting in contact. The refund also did not happen.

I stayed one night here whilst awaiting the delayed Navimag Ferry. A mixed experience. The breakfast provided in the fridge was good and the wi-fi was working. On the other hand, I had difficulty with the check-in process and wasted a good deal of time as the guy running the place kept changing his availability.

I stayed at El Establo before and after hiking in Torres del Paine, and had wonderful experiences both times. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to storing my luggage between my stays. The property itself is clean and offers all the modern amenities you would want. The location is great as you are walking distance from everything in town, but also close to the bus station. They also offer a fantastic breakfast, which the staff was kind enough to deliver to me early as I was leaving on an early bus. I would recommend El Establo to anyone visiting Puerto Natales or Patagonia.

Small, quiet and very pleasant hotel, practically new, they were fixing up a new room. A bit far from the centre. Simple but very comfortable rooms. Good heating. They leave breakfast in the room, not too varied but very correct. The decoration reminds us of an old converted stable. We only came into contact with one person, the one who received us, who was very friendly. A very good experience.
