Location of the hotel was very good, close to Rental Natales (for outdoor gears) and good restaurants. Good for a one night stay before heading into the park.

This is a very dishonest hotel. I booked the room and paid for it through trip,com but the front desk staff asked me to pay for the room during check-ins,I said I had already paid online, he said he didn't receive it, and I had to pay again. After that, I reported this repeated charge to Trip.com, and Trip.com checked with the hotel, but the hotel has not replied so far. This kind of dishonest hotel must let everyone know to avoid being fooled

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent! I could have left my luggage that I didn't take to Torres del Phine. The staff were very friendly as well. It's a really good hostel

The room is small and the basic facilities are sufficient. The town is beautiful. The coffee bar on the top floor is good. There is a welcome drink. You can also watch the sunset on the rooftop terrace.
