The review would be 4 stars if the place had running water. During our stay, our room didn't have water for the shower. We came here after 20 hrs of flying and expected the basics. The breakfast is solid although it is primarily just bread with nothing of substance.

We Stayed 3 nights in Veat hotel before and after our W trek at Torres Del Paine. REally enjoyed the hotel stay with awesome vegan meals . This hotel is maintained by a couple very nice and their breakfast was so healthy and yummy . lunch and Lattes are the best. Love the cleanily ness and this is very close to coast and port and all the restaurents are so close by for dinner options. National park is just 2 hrs away.

We had an excellent week long stay at The Veat! It is a family owned hotel that feels exactly like that when you are there. The owners Fernanda and Nicolas were very friendly and always accommodating to our needs. I even got to ride Nicolas' bike! My wife is a vegetarian and staying here made it so much easier. Breakfast and lunch were great but what stood out the most was the service. The staff composed of Alejandra, Martina and Javiera were always extra attentive and helpful! They even brought food to our room when we needed. Alejandra was incredibly patient and never got tired of my never ending questions and gave us amazing recommendations. Excellent location, good food and overall a great place to stay in Puerto Natales!

Excellent service, that's nothing to say. Points I missed: really poor breakfast for a non-vegan/vegetarian person, Wi-Fi in my room practically didn't work and my shower stall was collapsing! I had a large group staying there and they made a lot of noise and it was quite uncomfortable, but this is a problem with the guests being clueless, unfortunately. I believe that with a little maintenance and an improvement in breakfast, this hotel would earn a 5!

Excellent place and the best thing is that they accept pets. I came with my 2 puppies to rest. The staff is very affectionate with the pets, in fact they help take care of them when you go down with them for breakfast. The vegan sweets are exquisite! Don't forget to order their Walnut and Lucuma bar!

Hotel pequeno no centro de Porto Natales. Ficamos em 2019 e foi muito bom retornar! Cama espaçosa, roupa de cama e toalhas impecáveis e cheirosas, bom café da manhã (solicitamos ovos mexidos e foram preparados na hora). O box do chuveiro é pequeno mas boa ducha! Excelente localização.
