The sanitary conditions are average and the facilities are not complete. Charging requires a conversion plug. The bed in the twin room is very small. The quilt is not clean and the hygiene is not clean. The environment is okay, the room can see the sea, and the hotel is in a good location. There is a lake and a large lawn right outside the door, and the scenery is good. The service is okay, but the breakfast has too few varieties to eat. Not good value for money.

Dont expect much. $50-$70 usd a night would be a more fair price. The place seems to be more designed for photos on social media and booking sites than to actually receive guests. It is outside of Puerto Natales and getting to the town can be complicated. Being outside of the town does not mean however that time at the hotel will be peaceful as the only road to PN is right in front, so you will be hearing cars all night long. No TV, poor wifi connection and bad coffee is what you can expect. On the rooms, they are clean and bed is comfortable but the blackout courtain is miserably installed, light will wake you up and there is only one small window to air the room so it will be hot in the summer (no a/c) and will have the funky smell of any room with poor ventilation.

We came to Puerto Natales to board a cruise to the fjords. Puerto Natales is a small town with this end of the world, oceanic vibe, and it is at an easy drive to Torres del Paine National Park and two crossing points for Argentina. The hotel is located just outside the town, right in front of the ocean. It is a flat structure where each layer/floor merges in the surrounding environment, giving you this sense of shelter from the elements, like the water and the wind, that here can be powerful. The hotel has a good restaurant on site, comfortable large room, and a very efficient service.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. We stayed here at the end of our trips to Torres Del Paine and El Chalten. We love the location directly across from the water. It is about 3 minutes drive from the downtown area. Views from the hotel view is amazing. We ate dinner at the Hotel restaurant, very nice food and wine with a great value. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful experience at Altiplanico! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The style and decor of the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was ample and the dinner menu had a number of items to choose from and was the best food we had in PN. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Make sure and check out the outdoor soaking tubs with a view (must be scheduled in advance!)

Wonderful hotel , the best ! The architecture is beautiful, the staff was perfect and helpful, thank you everybody at the bar , the ladies at the front desk ! The cook because the food was delicious ! The room was perfect with a beautiful view! If i could give a better raye than the maximum, i would ! Thank you all !

Pretentious design, unused and poor realization. Uncomfortable bed. It was not a good experience so so let's go out before the foreseen. Bad lighting, curtains do not cover the window complete, the water of the burning shower and you can not regulate the temperature
