A beautiful place to stay. Not conventional as in a chain hotel, but really well decorated and furnished. There are lovely large windows in all rooms, especially the breakfast room to look out onto the lake and snow capped mountains. The breakfast is the best quality we’ve had throughout our trip, served by a lovely, happy lady whatever time she has to get up for us. The staff are all as lovely as the hotel! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Very comfortable brand new accomodation, close to everything you may need in Puerto Natales. Extremely friendly staff, accomplishing all our requests. Lovely breakfast with fresh made food. Best location in our two-weeks trip in Patagonia.

Nice , modern hotel overlooking the lake about a 10 min walk to centre of town . Staff very helpful with ordering taxi and storing luggage and good breakfast before we headed out on our trek . Room was very adequate and would recommend staying here .

Very comfortable rooms with great hospitality & lovely breakfast. Close walk to town & food. Nice promenade area both directions past the shipping dock out front. 1.5 hours to Torres del Paine but all the excursions still stop for pick up. Dont think there is much accommodation closer unless you are in the park. One of our fav stops on a 2 week trip.

Beautiful hotel with breathtaking views. The staff was very friendly and accommodating with scrumptious and fresh breakfast made to order. Extremely clean with good quality linen and bath accessories. Highly recommend this place in Puerto Natales

We stayed here from 09/01 - 09/06 during the low season here and we definitely enjoyed the experience, we love both front desk ladies as they are both very nice and helpful. We got plenty of help with booking hiking tour, getting Torres Del Paine tickets and getting the final taxi trip back. The hotel is pretty new and cozy, with a nice clean new cafeteria providing breakfast. We even got a surprise birthday celebration from the staff on our last day. Will definitely recommend it

Large and modern rooms with very helpful pleasant staff. Gorgeous view and easy walk into town. Excellent breakfast spread. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our large group and we’re always cheerful.

Sehr geschmackvolles modernes und neues Boutique Hotel mit fantastischer Aussicht auf die Bucht. Freundliches Personal und hervorragendes Frühstück. Am besten hat uns der Blick aus dem Panoramafenster auf die Bucht gefallen, herrlich! Und die kleine Schokolade haben wir auch gerne genascht :-)
